The neighbors were great and they have showers and laundry, the only issue I had was the WiFi! It was not working well at all but on their website it states in some areas it might not work, unfortunately we were in an area in between so most days it was just not working even with my extender! Your not to far from Sherman Tx that has everything, but takes about 15 mins or so to get there from here, there is a small town Tom Bean , that has a tiny gas station store food mart place and dollar general if you need something small. The rv Park seems to have a lot of full timers! It's a nice little Rv Park :)

The people running the campground were friendly and helpful. The only thing that was inconvenient was the distance to the water spigot from our rig (approx. 40ft, thankfully we had an extra hose) and there is no sewer access at individual spots. There are however a few stations within the campground to use before you leave. There were also a lot of people with young children, younger adults partying, and the occasional car going through with loud music blaring but for the most part everyone seemed to respect the quiet hours (after 10pm.) Overall, I am happy with our decision to spend a few days here and would do it again!

Spots are spacious, and having both 30 and 50 amp hookups was really convenient. Loved how peaceful it is out there--you can relax and unwind without a lot of noise. The sunsets were beautiful, and being just a couple minutes from Lake Texoma made it perfect for quick trips to the water with our boat. The outdoor showers were a bonus after a long day outside. I had a wonderful experience there. Monarch is a very happy place, and everyone working is very friendly and professional.
