Very clean, quiet except for some Hwy 82 road noise which wasn't bad, fairly roomy sites, and very considerate and helpful manager / owner, not sure what he was. Mostly back in sites, but they are easy and roomy back ins, a few pull throughs. This is still a work in process, but we will definitely stay here again. We stayed here May 2018 in a 31 ft 5th wheel. I loved waking up to the view of the lake every morning and it was awesome to be able to paddle board right there. I do wish there were curtains or a shade to pull down when you go to bed at night to keep the sunlight out in the morning. Worth, quoted me a daily rate of $45 which is high for this area and so I assumed that it would be a really nice RV park. Here is the real deal....You have electric, water and sewer. No Wifi, TV or other amenities. The so called dog run is a jerry rigged enclosure with a trash can overflowing with dog feces (not in bags). Our neighbors water hose was leaking so we to step into the RV through mud. From about 9 pm - 12 pm the locals in the area started to shoot fireworks ( there is a fireworks outlet right next to the park). Almost everybody in this park was a permanent resident and I don't know if they get better rates and where these ridiculous four and five star ratings come from. If you traveling through don't go there. We wanted to pull back out right away but my husband was to exhausted from driving several days. Worst RV park I have been in 10 years.

I moved here from a country setting in Tennessee, so I appreciate the squirrels, the chirping birds, the occasional train whistle in the far distance.
