Will never do business with this company ever again. There were defects in the product they gave me and I had to make multiple exchanges. Finally, after giving up of the competency of this company to fix the issue, I sent the item off to the manufacturer which took about 2-3 months to get the item back. After getting it back I tried to make another purchase of a different item and Josiah said I was banned from further business with them. So I returned every item I ever got from this company that wasn't already given away as a gift to someone, and I will happily go elsewhere from now on. I do NOT recommend this company. read more

Lazerdesigns is a family run company that is able to laser engrave or imprint on almost anything. I had the opportunity to visit their office and was very impressed with the operation. Unlike many companies they don't have minimums or charge outrageous amounts for set up fees. For clothing they outsource to another local company. I was in a real pickle. I hired another company to engrave glasses for me for a special event and they botched the job to say the least. I had VERY little time to have the job redone. I have been ordering things from Lazer Designs for several years now. This company has it all! I have ordered and engraved cutting boards, knives, mugs, tumblers, beer bottle openers, and a huge piece of wood. I have a hard time conceptualizing art in the pieces and heavily rely on their help. They are always coming up with new products and can come up with cool ideas if you are hosting an event and need a cool giveaway. 4 Charter customer service. The engraving is not the best that I have seen however they did it very quickly and shipping was quick as well. They use priority shipping so it only takes about two days however they gave me the wrong tracking number and I had to reach out to them. One of my bottles came back damaged but it's okay because I plan on using the bottles outside where they will get dinged up as we move along. I had two bottles engraved with the same image. The engraving done on the smaller 18 ounce water bottle looks much nicer than the engraving done on the 32 ounce bottle. Make sure you know what you want prior to deciding to have anything graved as they only normally do one proof. Over all i am satisfied. I may or may not use them again later on. I am wishing the larger image had been done a little nicer. I will share two photos of the hydroflasks i had engraved. The teal is a 32oz and the gray is 18oz. read more

These people are amazing. I have had so many good experiences with them. I have had custom multi tools made, bar ware, all kinds of stuff. They always take the time to give you proofs until you are satisfied and then they always get the items done and shipped out incredibly promptly. I give them as gifts and people are always blown away at the quality. What's really interesting is that they items really are t any more expensive than they would be if you purchased them without personalization. And if you buy in bulk, they are crazy cheap. I just had cuatom air pressure gauges made for my car club and these things were a huge hit. People could t get enough of them. You can not go wrong with anything you get from them. If you have questions, they are only a phonecall away and are glad to help you on the phone with questions or choosing which item. They then stay in communication with the status of your items and where they are in production. Absolutely top notch company! I would not recommend this company. 11/23/20 I ordered an engraved knife for a gift I needed in 17 days, I figured this was more then enough time because the after all, wed-site was advertises next day order processing and shipping. I placed my order and got a confirmation number. I then get an email from Laser Design saying that the knife I orders was out of stock, nothing indicates this online and I was allowed to still place an order for an out of stock item. I was asked if I would like to change my order to a different knife so it could be processed and shipped out right away. The next day I was emailed the knife shipped. A few days pasted and I got another email for Laser Design stating that my credit card declined and they needed me to contact them for payment. I did I the right thing and contacted them to make good on my payment even though I did not have to and I could have just ignored the request. As it stands today 12/8/20 I have still not received my knife an the tracking number they provided me no longer has a delivered eta...I needed this gift for the morning of 12/10/20. So I guess I am SOL. I contacted Laser Design and they stated, " ....this is what you get with free shipping..." as a customer I expected a better answer or maybe some suggestion to help correct my service experience. After this experience I would not recommend their services. Go on google and pick one of the other 50+ companies that come up and provided the same service. read more

I bought six Spyderco knives from Lazerdesigns.com and had them all engraved with my friends names and the date of my wedding. It was kind of a last minute idea and I had a deadline and had a specific idea of how I wanted the engraving done, the guys in the art dept. executed my idea perfectly and had the knives at my house in just a few days. I liked them so much I ordered another knife and received it just as quickly as the others. I own a bar here in Houston Texas and used these guys to get a custom stencil of our new logo. They did a great job on getting back to me with a quote and mock ups that same day. We were on a bit of a time crunch because of the reopening and when the designs didn't arrive when they were scheduled I called them up and we discovered that they were caught in transit somewhere in post.
