I booked a private car through My Limo in East Hanover, NJ for a special night out in Manhattan --…read morea Michelin-star dinner that I had planned well in advance. Their website clearly advertises a limousine or Lincoln Town Car experience, so I expected something along those lines. Instead, a Tesla showed up at my door an hour and a half before our prepaid dinner reservation. While the driver was polite and professional and the ride itself was pleasant, the overall experience was not what I paid for. I was charged nearly $200 for what felt like a basic ride I could have booked on Uber for half the price. When I complained, the company told me this was "standard" because they outsource rides to third parties -- something I was never informed of beforehand. To make things worse, their idea of making it right was offering me 10% off the base rate -- a grand total of about nine dollars, which is less than what my latte costs me daily. That token gesture only underscored how little they value their customers' experience. For anyone expecting a true luxury or private car service, be aware that what's advertised may not be what you get. Transparency and honesty matter, especially at this price point. If you're looking for a reliable high-end experience, I've had much better service with EmpireCLS, who actually deliver what they promise.

We rented Riviera's party-bus for a bachelorette party this past weekend & I couldn't be happier…read more Frank was readily available when planning and extremely flexible as we changed plans a couple nights before & even asked for additional stops/changes during the evening. We even went over time and he didn't charge extra. The party bus was a blast & sooo much better than a low limo. We connected our phone by bluetooth and sang and some even danced all the way to our destination. The party bus was also spotless and well-sanitized. It was an amazing night to remember & as the host coordinating the party, going with Riviera's party bus was big hit/ no -brainer!! Highly recommend to anyone who is considering a limo.

My wife and I use Windsor Limousine exclusively…read more The service is impeccably courteous and on time always. John owns Windsor and Chico runs operations. He is excellent in planning a trip whether it's to an airport, a night on the town, or some other purpose. He is great in choosing the pick up time depending upon the time of day and destination to ensure arrival a few minutes early, rather than a minute late. This can make a huge difference when catching a flight. The vehicles are clean, in nice condition, and comfortable. The rate are reasonable and competitive too. We highly recommend Windsor Limousine service

Chico is, without a doubt, the man you want driving you around…read more We came up for a quiet weekend at a B&B, and Chico took us on a wine tasting tour on our Saturday afternoon. We booked him for 12, he was in the driveway at 11:55, ready to go. We got some history, some background info on the wineries, and a very relaxing, comfortable drive in a very clean Cadillac. What followed was a lot of laughing and a lot of wine tasting (and glass of wine drinking), since I definitely didn't have to drive, which was a really nice treat. We were never rushed and Chico waited for us at each stop. One was 15 minutes, another an hour and change. He parked close, got us in and out and on our way so we could hit all the places we wanted to go. I've had some terrible car service before (to and from EWR and JFK), so it's nice to know that there are some good ones out there. Chico is based a little far to be my regular guy, but since there is a LOT to do in the Warwick area, we will definitely be back, and he will be one of the first calls we make.
