I've never been huge on hair change/color/maintenance lol but had made some poor choices in 2018 and my ends were *fried*. My poor choices took me from silky smooth hair to a mess of frizz. Chloe helped me get my hair to do a complete 180° in the year before Covid and it was in good shape. A few months ago I finally went back for some maintenance and my hair went from pretty great to over the top *amazing* with some of the products she encouraged me to try. The salon gives out big samples and that totally helped me get a solid idea of the products and fall in love with them over time vs a one time use. I honestly can't stop touching my hair which probably annoys everyone around me but it's just so sooooffft lol. I used to dread day 2 and 3 hair because it would be frizzy and unmanageable but now my hair just gets better and better. 100% recommend Vista Belle Salon to anyone. Oh. And Chloe can get this stick straight hair to hold a curl for three days. That's never happens before!!

If you are in need of any kind of salon service, whether it be for hair, waxing, spray tan or…read moremakeup, Elon Salon has you covered! I have been going to see Melissa for many many years and through out the couple of salons she's been at, Elon is by far my favorite. The salon itself is easy to get to on Cincinnati-Dayton Road and sits in a brand new building in front of the church. All of the stylists that work here are fabulous and remember your name, even if you don't go to them. This is a huge plus in my book for the customer service! Melissa does a fantastic job and has colored and cut my hair for nearly 13 years now, so she's been with me for every color and cut combination you can think of! Elon offers spray tan services now which are more affordable and less "orange" than the spray tans I've received from actual tanning salons. The girls who do this really know how to make the tans natural looking, so it's easy to fake that "I've-been-on-a-beach-all-week" tan. Oh and ladies, if you're looking for a salon to accommodate your bridal party on the big day, Elon is it!! I got married last June and they were able to get hair and makeup done for 8 women in just a few hours. We started at 9 am and we were out of there by 1 pm! All of my bridesmaids loved their up-do's and make up (in fact, my Matron of Honor liked her hair and makeup for my wedding, more than she liked it for hers, just a year before! Guess she should have gone to Elon!) They have so many wonderful services to offer that I would spend all day listing them out. Just make an appointment and go! Oh, and don't worry about those high-pressure sales at the end of your appointment either. This isn't a Mitchell's and these hairdressers won't push a $50 can of hair spray on you just to meet a commission.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. I went to this place…read morefor a gel manicure, and my experience was not pleasant. It seemed that the girl who did my manicure never learned how to do it in a proper way. Instead of preparing my nails and cuticles for a gel color , she right away applied gel on my nails which was very unprofessional. Of course I didn't not like the result of this "manicure" , because the gel color was all over my skin and it had air bubbles under the gel. When I asked her to fix it, she gave me a look (like "what do you want from me??!" ) I ended up going to CVS pharmacy, where I had to buy gel nail polish remover. Very disappointed with this experience.

Their talent makes them hands down the best skill (see the hair they did for my wedding in my profile), but their professionalism, dedication to providing incredible customer care, and integrity are what truly makes Towne & Country a 5 star establishment. Also. Towne & Country is the only salon you should ever go to. I live 600 miles away because my husband is in the USMC and YES, I plan my trips home around my hair appointments. (Alicia & Brandy, you ladies ROCK). I refuse to see anyone else in the ENTIRE COUNTRY or OTHERWISE because Towne & Country is THAT GOOD. And you know? When I come to Towne & Country, it really feels like coming home. They not only prioritize my often short notice visits, they make sure I can get in at a convenient time for me AND ensure I see the stylists that have worked with my hair for YEARS. So go, try out Towne & Country for their incredible massage therapy or their amazing perms, but I promise you, you'll come back for the love you find there. And if you're like me, you'll never want to even try anywhere else. Towne and Country really is the definition of "5 Star Excellence".
