The staff aren't overly friendly but they are courteous and professional. Also very apologetic for any kind of wait time. They don't have any spa menus but their offerings for pedicures are simple...there are 2 choices: a basic pedi and a deluxe pedi. We opted for the deluxe bc we confirmed it includes the paraffin wax. But what we didn't know is that it has all the bells and whistles you'd want in a pedicure, including a hot stone massage! We were so surprised and happy! And my technician did a fabulous job with the massage especially! I don't usually get any polish so can't speak to that portion, but all was great otherwise! The spa is very clean and they use new/sterile tools for each person. They also have plastic barriers up for Covid safety measures and everyone wore masks.

She was so rude I usually only see this stuff on videos ! My nails were done yesterday and not only do they hurt terribly but ones lifting already . Miss Tammy herself helped me with my Gel X full set, and i also got metallic chrome topper on them. I like my nails a bit short, and she happily and quickly took the almond shape down to the perfect length for me. The whole thing took around 45 minutes and she was lovely the entire time. Reasonable prices, a wonderful color, cateye, and topper selection... Ill be coming back here from now on!! Theres plenty of parking, chairs, and waiting room seating. It is very clean inside. She then made an appointment for my wife to see her today Sunday at noon. Then I told Cindy my wife will only use ORLY GelFX on her nails and Cindy told me yes that's what she uses. All good so far. My wife shows up Sunday at noon and they told my wife that she is off on Sunday. That she called in sick. Then my wife has another man work on her nails who then told her they do not use GelFX, but they use something similar. My wife said it was junk. But the man did a great job on her nails!
