When I show up they say that there is no doctor which will take my insurance. Then when I go and pick up glasses, they make me wait for 40 minutes only to handover glasses in 2 minutes. No-one bothered to fit my glasses. If all they had to do was to take the glasses out and hand-over, why did they have me wait for 40 minutes? I have had much better experience at Walmart. I caution people not to use this establishment for your eyecare ever.

I really wanted to love this place, but my first experience here today was not good…read more They have a really great selection of frames, definitely ones that fit my budget, and they can get what I thought would be a decent pair of glasses done in about two hours. I went in and picked out my frames and gave them my prescription from my previous eye doctor and was told my glasses would be ready in about two hours. I came back this afternoon and upon trying them on, found that I couldn't see a thing, either close up or distance... So Mr. pro took a look at my prescription, and compared it to what the lady wrote up earlier this afternoon and found that instead of putting down a plus for each of my lenses she put down a negative strength... No wonder I couldn't see a thing. And yes, everybody makes mistakes, but she didn't doublecheck what she wrote down in comparison to the copy of my prescription that she had with my order, and the individuals back in their lab that created my glasses did not verify the documents as well, putting me in the situation where I have to get my disabled husband out of the house into the car and back to the store to pick them up tomorrow. Big inconvenience over something that really should've been verified by them before doing the work. Also, they offer no military discount, and did not offer me a discount for my trouble.
