I went in and picked out my frames and gave them my prescription from my previous eye doctor and was told my glasses would be ready in about two hours. I came back this afternoon and upon trying them on, found that I couldn't see a thing, either close up or distance... So Mr. pro took a look at my prescription, and compared it to what the lady wrote up earlier this afternoon and found that instead of putting down a plus for each of my lenses she put down a negative strength... No wonder I couldn't see a thing. And yes, everybody makes mistakes, but she didn't doublecheck what she wrote down in comparison to the copy of my prescription that she had with my order, and the individuals back in their lab that created my glasses did not verify the documents as well, putting me in the situation where I have to get my disabled husband out of the house into the car and back to the store to pick them up tomorrow. Big inconvenience over something that really should've been verified by them before doing the work. Also, they offer no military discount, and did not offer me a discount for my trouble.

These employees must be trained by the owners wife she is beyond ugly and snippy. One employee was talking down to a gentleman in a loud audible voice about his situation with a demeaning tone. The owners wife was standing near by, never stepped in. Older gentleman did not deserve this. I was embarrassed for him. She was discussing his insurance and what he didn't have available for all to hear. Beyond unprofessional. Perhaps this falls under the Hippa law violation. She was almost scolding the gentleman like he was a child. What is wrong with these people? Never giving them business again. Pure Rude n nasty. If I could rate zero stars I would. They all need a serious course on customer service training. If you are not there to serve customers with courtesy n respect just shut your doors!!

The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, calls go unanswered, messages don't get returned, and patients are made to feel like an inconvenience. The final straw was today. My daughter arrived within the 15 minute window for her appointment, but because the front desk was tied up with other patients, they marked her late and pushed her out two weeks. That delay was not hers, it was the office's. No courtesy, no flexibility, and no respect for our time or loyalty. Leadership really needs to take a hard look at how the front desk interacts with and cares about patients. It's disappointing to walk away after 17 years, but patients should not sacrifice being valued and treated kindly when other practices deliver both excellent doctors and excellent customer service.
