I went in and picked out my frames and gave them my prescription from my previous eye doctor and was told my glasses would be ready in about two hours. I came back this afternoon and upon trying them on, found that I couldn't see a thing, either close up or distance... So Mr. pro took a look at my prescription, and compared it to what the lady wrote up earlier this afternoon and found that instead of putting down a plus for each of my lenses she put down a negative strength... No wonder I couldn't see a thing. And yes, everybody makes mistakes, but she didn't doublecheck what she wrote down in comparison to the copy of my prescription that she had with my order, and the individuals back in their lab that created my glasses did not verify the documents as well, putting me in the situation where I have to get my disabled husband out of the house into the car and back to the store to pick them up tomorrow. Big inconvenience over something that really should've been verified by them before doing the work. Also, they offer no military discount, and did not offer me a discount for my trouble.

This place was clean and had a nice reception area to wait with a nice flat screen tv. I couldn't even put them on. I was so dizzy for two days just by trying them on so they made another appointment for me to see a doctor we go there and they said the Dr. left at 5:30 and they had made my appointment for 6:00 so I have another appointment to see the doctor what is wrong with this place? I've been a patient of Dr. Ramos for over 17 years, and my family has been with him as well. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, calls go unanswered, messages don't get returned, and patients are made to feel like an inconvenience. The final straw was today. My daughter arrived within the 15 minute window for her appointment, but because the front desk was tied up with other patients, they marked her late and pushed her out two weeks. That delay was not hers, it was the office's. No courtesy, no flexibility, and no respect for our time or loyalty. Leadership really needs to take a hard look at how the front desk interacts with and cares about patients. It's disappointing to walk away after 17 years, but patients should not sacrifice being valued and treated kindly when other practices deliver both excellent doctors and excellent customer service.
