This Ski Togs location is tucked in a little mews off the main road through Acton, and you'd absolutely never stumble across it unless you were looking. Staff gave me some good suggestions about different types of wraps, what breathed well, and what might make my goggles fog up. You can buy your gear or - if you're only an occasional skier - hire it instead.

The member of staff was so good, he even warranted an extra star upgrade for this store, he explained in detail the options he had, the colours and the pricing of them, which I felt was fantastic, he did it in a friendly manner showing great product knowledge and great customer service. The product range was above average for a North Face Store as well, which was good, although he did mention some suitable products which were not in stock, which was a shame. The pricing of the items did seem slightly overpriced and closer to the designer, high-end mark in some cases too. The overall feel of the store seemed satisfactory/average. The store overall is satisfactory, with some above average features such as the service, yet some below average features such as the high-end prices, but I feel this store does warrant a three-star rating, with the service being a key factor in earning this rating.

I have often found Sports Direct stores to be less modern compared to rivals such as JD Sports, and this was once again shown at this branch in Wembley which was a shame. The store seemed to be slightly more cluttered compared to other stores, making getting around the store tricky, making a trip here seeming more inconvenient than a place to go and get some cool sportswear. The product range what I saw was okay, but the main issue was finding things in medium and large sizes, they seemed to do things in the extremes, for example, extra small and extra large, rather than sizes which are more common and regular, which was frustrating. The only items which I liked they had in medium or large were often in worse colours and even then they might only have had a single one. Store staff didn't stand out or seem too helpful which was a shame. This is another one of those poor stores, profiting out of a great location, where I predict this store does really well on event days at Wembley Stadium, especially on football games as that is part of this stores target market, but for me this store has too much to improve upon to deserve anything over a single one-star rating.

That is fine however when you spoke to the same person a few weeks back to ask this question and they say it's fine to bring in your top for printing and then go back on it, that is frustrating. I asked to speak to the store manager who was a guy with an afro with blonde highlights. I was pointed to his direction for which I walked over to him and explained my issue. Not once did he look at me to communicate and just kept staring at the security screen. This man has no management customer skills and needs to be trained! I asked for his name to make a complaint due to his lack of customer skills and he point blanked refused and walked away from me. He was absolutely awful and whoever is the area manager needs to look into this store as I'm not the only one who has raise bad feedback about wembley central store.
