Val has an office that is not conducive to serving folks in pain. The benches in his office were bamboo, with lightly padded seats. Very hard to sit on for as long as we had to. Especially after an accident. His wife was constantly moving around the office, and very unfriendly. At one point during the process, I brought all bills and notices into the office so that they were on record. Val's wife told me they didn't need them; that they get copies of everything, and nothing is over looked. I ended up paying my ambulance bill out of pocket because Val's office over looked it. Spent $2,000 for paper work on a divorce. I had little to no communication from them. When I contacted them they would charge me, when they contacted each other they would charge me. The paper work I got was unusuable (draft form). In order to move forward it would have cost me more money. Realized I should go elsewhere. Should have known when I read their sign "When you need someone you can trust" from a Lawyer. They are very nice people and their office is well kept, so one star. Save your money and shop around.
