I don't know if your the right fit or not…read more I had a so called friend and loaned out my car . He refusing to return it saying I owed him money. He is on the run was evicted from his house. I'm having to make the car payments on the car until the car is paid off. There's probably still another $38,000 left on the car. GM won't help me police won't help me. I don't know what to do. My biggest concern is liability on the car. I filled out a form of release for liability through DMV and also another one through Allstate. I don't know what else to do. Please please give me a call . David A Smith 510-209-6788 thank you

I'm not saying this is a bad company, but I want to share my experience so others can be cautious…read more I was supposed to inherit my aunt's home, but her will allowed her longtime friend to live there so he'd have a place to stay. A couple of years later, I was contacted by a lawyer because the friend wanted to sell the property. I reached out to Lawvex for help. After paying about $800, I was told the will wasn't clear and that I basically had no rights to the property unless I wanted to challenge it. That would mean involving my siblings and going through another legal process that would cost thousands of dollars. In other words, if I didn't have that kind of money, they couldn't help me. Thank God I listened to His voice and continued to show up to court on my own, even without representation. The judge immediately recognized that I did in fact have rights to the property, and in the end I inherited a portion of the sale. No thanks to Lawvex--thanks to the judge (and God).

My family's interactions with this attorney during matters related to my 92-year-old grandmother's…read moresurvivor trust were a very difficult experience for us. My grandmother had created a trust that allowed her to manage and use her assets during her lifetime in accordance with her own wishes. After she passed away, discussions arose during the administration process suggesting that some of her financial decisions may have been improper or unnecessary. From our family's perspective, we were not presented with documentation or clear supporting information that explained or substantiated those concerns. Hearing those types of statements about my grandmother after her passing was deeply upsetting to our family. She lived a long and honorable life, and because she is no longer here to explain the reasoning behind her financial decisions, it was painful to hear her judgment questioned in that context. The administration process also became longer and more complicated than our family had expected. As time went on, the prolonged nature of the matter created additional stress and increased expenses for our family during what was already an emotionally difficult period following the loss of our grandmother. Estate administration is often sensitive and emotionally charged for families. In my opinion, situations involving elderly individuals and their financial decisions should be handled with particular care and professionalism, especially when the individual is no longer able to speak for themselves. Clear documentation and respectful communication can make a significant difference for families navigating the loss of a loved one. I understand that attorneys must advocate for their clients and represent their client's interests. However, from our family's perspective, the overall experience made an already difficult time more challenging than it needed to be. This review reflects my family's personal experience during the administration of my grandmother's trust and the impact the process had on us.

We needed an estate plan and a quick return and were not disappointed. We now have peace of mind knowing our family will not have any issues with our estate plan.
