My husband & I requested Probate for his Mother's home, trust & other simple financial issues as she left no will. Time is important here because debtors & Mortgage Companies don't like to wait. They were paid a set fee of $2,500 & want 2% of the home's worth ($12,000). 3 months go by & nothing was filed. I had to call frequently to get it done. Needless to say, the mortgage wants to foreclose & mom's bank account was drained by another family member. Basically all they do here is paperwork. Called the number in Yelp for this firm and talked to a woman who did not identify herself. I needed a document filed, per instructions from my attorney, but this woman who may have been a paralegal, maybe not, could only argue over semantics, which differed from that of everyone else. She was hellbent on getting off the subject, dismissing me, and definitely not interested in helping. Avoid this firm. read more

I hired Ms. Eidson on 2/16/18 to prepare & process a conservatorship for my ailing mother who's living in an unhealthy environment, that I conveyed the serious & sensitive nature of my case. Ms. Eidson stated she could complete the process within two weeks of receiving the needed paperwork. She was paid & received that paperwork on 2/28/18. On 3/7/18 I received the documents that were blatantly wrong containing other persons names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers & birthdates. After making several attempts to reach her via phone & e-mail I finally did get a phone appointment that Kelly scheduled for 3/14. That call never came @ the appointed time so I phoned the office & was told she was unavailable. I expressed to her receptionist that was would send Ms. Eidson an email asking for a refund for incomplete & insufficient services. Within 30 minutes I did receive a call from Ms. Eidson stating everything was done & ready to go. I never did receive the corrected forms & after expressing my concerns she became hostile & aggressive stating it was a computer glitch & she didn't know my mothers social security by heart. I requested a refund & she stated she doesn't do refunds & it was a waste of time talking. I offered to compensate her for her time but that too was rejected. I haven't seen any forms or had any contact with her to date. No one should be disrespected or disregarded when in need of services of such vital importance. I will pursue this matter to whatever extent necessary to right this wrong. read more

At first I was apprehensive because I wasnt sure if I would get as good of service as I did from my overpriced attorney. I made myself an appointment with Janet. After the appointment I felt I received better attention and service for a fraction of what I have paid before. Meeting Janet was a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and reassuring. I know this feedback is long over due but better late than never! At the end of 2014(at your east shaw location near the dmv) I came to get a POA drawn up for my mom who was in the hospital at the time so I could take care of her personal business due to her progressing health issues. Im now facing the decision to place her, but glad that the POA was done early enough becuse it saved me SOME of the hard part. And I didnt forget about the trust/will advice for myself as well. I used this paralegals service, and was not happy with the outcome. After paperwork was completed and verified by them for an uncontested matter. I submit the paperwork and there was discrepancies still and got dismissed despite both parties agreeing. So I called trying to explain what happened and got told repeatedly that they didn't do the services hey provided me. I responded, "well could I bring in my paperwork to show you there's no fabrication?" Then got yet the same response. So I cut my loses and went with someone else. read more

Bad experience went in with my son to help him with his divorce because he has dyslexia, nothing was explained correctly and we filed in wrong county which ended up costing us more money to transfer, she referred us to an attorney I assumed was family law and ended up wasting money again , we saw Janet once and after that we were dealing with Ariana who would never return calls and slow to reply to emails and not knowledgeable. first impressions are everything. set up an appointment for a free consult about divorce. sitting in the parking lot for the appointment when i get a call from them that they have not received their entry forms. i tell them that they never sent me them. they now want to reschedule because they don't do business without them. who dropped the ball here? you are only as strong as your weakest link. sitting in the parking lot and not able to even get into the door. if this is how you do business then i don't need your business. you can justify all you want but at the end of the day you lost a client and got a bad review. bummer. read more

Very disappointed in the service from Janet. 1) Product (legal language document) was not designed or provided per my requirements or needs, which I spelled out in a text format. I required basic boilerplate language for an auto accident release of claims and I received 2 documents which required a MAJOR re-wright by myself. Note, it was a "pay first and then I will send you the documents after a confirmation of the receipt of money" situation. 2) Also, two (2) promised phone calls were not returned. The second was a message left for Janel because I was disappointed in what I received for my $150.00 payment. As I noted, this call was not returned. I have utilized Paralegal Services in the past. I understand what they can and can not do. This transaction was well within the limits of what they are allowed to do. Unfortunately, it was not done at a professional level which deserved anything but a one (1) Star rating. read more
