I recently contacted Frank Huerta's office by phone regarding a client of mine (I am a Certified…read moreManagement Accountant) who I felt might benefit from the services of a tax attorney regarding a possible Offer in Compromise with the IRS. Mr. Huerta was very cordial, listened carefully as I recounted my client's current tax predicament, and then carefully reviewed with me the pros and cons of both a 6-year Installment Agreement vs. an Offer in Compromise to settle my client's tax debt. He explained these options clearly and carefully, gave me his input regarding what he felt would most likely be the best option for my client based on his current circumstances, and left me with a much clearer understanding of the choices to be made (which would most likely not require the services of a tax attorney at this time). I was truly impressed by Mr. Huerta's outstanding client service (to a non-client no less!), and found ihis input extremely helpful. There is no doubt that any time in the future one of my clients needs a tax attorney, I will be referring him or her to Mr. Huerta for assistance!

After reading Ms. Linder's reviews, I decided to schedule a consultation with her, and I cannot express what a difference that conversation made. Most importantly, there was absolutely no hint of condescension at my lack of legal knowledge. I explained my situation and she listened attentively and patiently, asking thoughtful and relevant questions to gain a clear understanding of my circumstances. Even though I was not a client, I felt like I was speaking with someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help. Unfortunately, it turned out that she does not practice the specific area of real estate law that I needed assistance with. Regardless, she generously took the time to educate me about my legal rights and provide valuable guidance. I highly recommend Ms. Linder. A couple of years later, I was contacted by a lawyer because the friend wanted to sell the property. I reached out to Lawvex for help. After paying about $800, I was told the will wasn't clear and that I basically had no rights to the property unless I wanted to challenge it. That would mean involving my siblings and going through another legal process that would cost thousands of dollars. In other words, if I didn't have that kind of money, they couldn't help me. Thank God I listened to His voice and continued to show up to court on my own, even without representation. The judge immediately recognized that I did in fact have rights to the property, and in the end I inherited a portion of the sale. No thanks to Lawvex--thanks to the judge (and God).
