This might sound odd to people who have become accustomed to the contractor "windows of time of arrival". Both times he came out, he gave an hour window. Both times he showed up at the earliest time he predicted... To me-- this reflects that he is considerate of MY schedule. Nathan was personable too. I felt like he actually cared about the job he was doing here and that I mattered as a customer! Note: this was only a small $250 job. So I believe if he was this good on a small job, imagine how he will be on a larger job...... definitely will be using him again!!! all four paws up, wiggling
