It was done same-day, and I chose to have it delivered to the hotel for a nominal fee instead of walking back to fetch it. When the clean laundry didn't get delivered to my door by 5 as expected, I went down to the front desk to inquire and they said it hadn't been delivered, so I called Wash on the Rocks. They answered, called the driver, confirmed it had indeed been delivered (at 4:30!), then had the hotel bellman call me to confirm as well. I ran down to get that laundry so fast! I just really appreciated both the convenience and the immediate problem solving; it was the hotel's error, not theirs, but they really worked to get me those clean clothes. Highly recommend.

They'll wash it, dry it and fold it - just like living at home again, except they will charge you, but it's not a lot. They also dry clean, so if your suits are in need of a dusting, they'll do that too! I guess it's the same as most laundrettes, I just like this one. They'll probably even let you do your own washing for cheaper, but I've never asked them about that.

Hard working staff that provide excellent customer service to wash and most importantly protect your clothes. And the turnaround times are quite great as well. The most you would have to wait is two days for your clothes despite the number of loads they end up washing on a daily basis.
