The insurance company dumped me at a really bad time in my life where I was out of work for over a year and had no extra money to do anything. I had to do very expensive repairs to my home myself, but couldn't do the tree. He and his team came out gave me an incredible price and even got my neighbor to agree to have the tree lift sit in his driveway and cleaned up to the very last leaf! I am so grateful for the work they performed. Now hopefully the insurance company will take me back! Highly recommend. Top notch service.

I am not an outdoor person but I went out in my yard and really looked at the lawn, front and back. Terrible! Bare spots, thin grass areas, weeds. I don't know about bugs and fungus. I tried to call three times, twice over the weekend (NON WORKING DAYS) to cancel the contract. When I finally talked to Ferlin he said there was a $99 charge for not giving them 30 days notice - it's in the contract which I never received a copy of - and a much lesser charge for not cancelling within 3 days. I thought non-working days were NOT included in that 3 day period by law. I waited 2 weeks then called Seniors vs Crime (I'm 84 yrs old). They did get me a partial refund of $394.00. Ferlin refused to credit my Discover card and sent a check. Lesson Learned: NEVER renew any contract over the phone. Never hire American Lawn - they do crummy work. I do NOT recommend them! Mrs. M. We met Alex, the owner when he drove by our yard and saw us struggling to take down a rotten tree. He gave us such a reasonable quote, we could not say no. It turns out that he's done tree work for several of our friends and they have all had the same great experience. Alex and his crew texts when they're on their way and show up on time. He has all of the equipment of a big tree company without the overhead so he's able to give a very reasonable quote. He's also extremely honest and let us know that several of the trees we had thought to take down were actually healthy and would bloom come spring time. The entire crew was exceedingly polite - not only to me but to each other. There was no swearing and no yelling and no texting on the job. I was happy to see that everyone had hardhats and safety harnesses when necessary. And, there were no cigarette butts laying around at the end of the day which was a pleasant surprise - no one smokes on the job - even better. Alex gives an honest estimate and sticks to it. There are no hidden surprises. I have given his business card out to all of my friends with tree service needs. I would not have hesitate to recommend him for any job. His attention to detail and prices cannot be beat. He and his crew have done an awesome job on each of our projects for an equal incredible price. It's amazing how nice the yards have looked after he and his team complete the tree work.

He arrived at the scheduled time he said he would and his crew (including himself) got started right away. They actually worked from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm without stopping, even for a break, and was able to finish everything we had agreed upon. (Removed 4 large red maples, 1 rain tree(located in a tight area between the houses), a large heavy Pindo Palm that literally leaned over my pool. He also included grinding out all of the stumps as well as cleaning out and trimming up my large oak at the front of my property. He and his crew were very professional as well as courteous and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after and blew off the driveway as well. It's nice to find a company that follows through with what they say as well as showing up on time which is a rarity these days.
