This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. I already troubleshoot everything I could've therefore, there was nothing for the gentleman to do other than tell me what I already knew, I paid for his service and he explained if the same code continues call us back again that most likely the control board needs to be replaced. After three attempts I finally got a hold of somebody again only to find out that labor is $250 and they were not able to get the part. They told me that my machine was 12 years old and the work to replace this board was very intense and it will take a long time to fix. I reminded them that my washing machine was 5 yrs old and Whirlpool said the item was on backorder. I did find the item online to purchase. The moral of the story is please do your research go on YouTube. You can troubleshoot a lot of the issues and save you. Lots of time money and headache. This company never told me from the outset that the cost of labor is $250 when on YouTube to replace the control board took 15 minutes. this is making me think that I should quit my job and repair washing machines for $250 for 15 minutes worth of work. I did bring this to the owners attention and she had really nothing more to say to me. So buyer beware again always Google, YouTube. My recommendation is not to call this company because they were not upfront with me to disclose and tell me if they needed to come back how much it was going to cost labor. they need to educate themselves and charge customers the true amount of labor and research themselves on YouTube how long it takes to replace the control board of my washing machine.

I asked what the worst case scenario would be in terms of a repair and his response was "you have to buy a new house with a new fridge in a new town." Was that really necessary?? I had been nothing but polite and the young lady on the phone was as well. This "supervisor" should not interact with customers.
