Our HOA loves LCS!!!! Not only do they mow and provide summer maintenance, they're here in the winter as well... shoveling and plowing. They always keep us in the loop for storms. They're here when they say they'll be and if there is a problem, it's dealt with promptly. Their fees are very reasonable. Don't know what we'd do without them. I've been using this business for a few years now with no problems, up until recently. I contacted LCS on May 31st to inquire about lawncare service. I received an email back from the owner stating, "I can do a clean up but I am booked till the middle of July." I wasn't happy to hear this, but I was willing to wait it out. Well July comes around and I sent another email to the owner on July 4th and 5th requesting a status update. The owner replied a week later, "I do not have a date. The rain has pushed back my jobs. I should be able to get to you the week after next. I've placed two to three calls to the office during the last week of July, with no call back. This is a disgrace in my book. No one answers the phone and no one calls back? Come on now. I will NEVER EVER use this company again for as long as I live, and you shouldn't either. read more

We used them to winterize our home sprinkler system last October. First, they didn't show up for the appointment and had to come back the following week. Fast forward to spring when I turn it on. I had to replace the bonnet/poppet in the sprinkler vacuum breaker. Result of a poor winterization or just a coincidence? Hard to say. What I do know is that after fixing that problem, the front yard wasn't working. I had to call a sprinkler repair service who told me that whoever winterized it, didn't connect the wires properly and the front yard wasn't receiving power. I am specifically writing this review so that this October I will know who NOT to call. read more

LCS has done the landscaping maintenance on our neighborhood association property for the last year (2014-2015) and I'm very pleased with their work. Easy to work with, takes extra time to walk the property, and asks how they can improve their service regularly. Very accessible when we need to talk. They also do our snow removal and after trying several companies we renewed our contract for another season because they did a great job. read more

Absolute deplorable customer service!!! If there was an option to give no star I would!! When we scheduled our appointment the receptionist offered either 9am or 1pm. We went with the 1pm. Got home around 12:40 and received a voice message that the owner, Troy, arrived at 12:30 and waited until 12:38 and decided to leave for his next appointment. We called his office and his snotty receptionist told us that we were suppose to provide a "window of time" between 12:30-1:30 and that he won't be back as he moved onto his next appointment. THIS WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED TO US AT THE TIME WE SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT. OUR OPTIONS WERE EITHER 9PM OR 1PM. At the time (12:45) this phone conversation took place he could not have been more than a mile away and could have easily turned around to make his 1pm appointment, as he still had 15 minutes. Keep in mind the time was 12:45 when we talked to his office and the appointment was at 1pm. His receptionist is a complete business killer as her unprofessional tone and customer service was beyond comprehension. I thought it was bad at that point until I called the owner himself. The first time he did not pick up which is par for the course for both his office and his cell. The second call he picked up (time was now 12:50) and I asked if he was going to come back to make his 1pm appointment and he said emphatically, NO I'VE MOVED ONTO MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. I told him our appointment was at 1pm and he still had time to make it. He went on to reiterate what his snotty receptionist told us about 1 hour window of time. I again explained that was never communicated to us. His response was "believe what you want" and hung up! Absolutely mind blowing on why he could not keep his 1pm appointment as he would not have been late. We have used this company for the past 2 years for both Spring activation and Winterization. The service this time around was completely deplorable and based on the other comments it looks as though Troy is trying to implode his business. read more

This company and its customer service are beyond terrible. I used them last October when I received a flyer for a fertilizer/aeration combo treatment. I noticed that the guys had applied too much fertilizer in some areas but I decided to make sure it had damaged the grass before complaining. I emailed Lawncare Solutions about two weeks later with pictures, and explained that my grass had some fertilizer burns and that I would need someone to come out and repair it. I received an email back from Erika, the receptionist, and she said that she would need to check with the owner and would get back to me. Fast forward eight months later. Never heard back from Erika or anyone. I didn't care that much since there wasn't much that could be done about my grass until now anyway. I emailed Erika on May 6 and said that I had never heard back from them and what were they going to do to fix my lawn? She replied and asked me to re-send new photos. I did so right away. She emails me back on May 8 and says, "Will you be around tomorrow? I'm going to send someone out to take a look at it." I said "Yah, I will be home after noon." No response so I wait and wait . . . I realize that she will never contact me again, so on May 20 I email "Are you sending someone out?" She responds and says "I spoke with our tech and we need to remove the dead areas and reseed" blah blah blah. She asks me if I have to be present for the tech to fix my grass. I respond, "No, I don't have to be home." No response once again. On May 23 I email again "When will he be coming out? I don't want to have to follow up on this anymore, this has been way too many emails for what should be a simple job." No response, again, so I sent one more email yesterday and said, "Ok, I won't be following up again, last chance." As you can imagine, Erika did not respond. I sent 10 emails over the course of 8 months and the company could not rectify the situation so I will just do it myself. I feel like a company should fix their own mistakes but I guess Lawncare Solutions does not feel the same way. How rude. read more
