The company that I had made an appointment with told me that the sprinkler heads they were digging up were perfectly fine. This man tried to scam a senior citizen during a pandemic. Only thing that could have been worse is if he had actually gotten away with it.

I recently called Lawn Tech to inquire about landscaping the front of my house. The person who took my call was very nice and professional and scheduled a time for them to come out for a consult. She explained that there would be a fee of $130, to which I inquired why. She let me know that would cover the cost of the consult and working up the design which would be a minimum of 2 hours of work. She also explained that the fee would be deducted from the final bill. Sounded fair to me. I made the appointment and guess what... Lawn Tech showed up on time. Darryle preformed the inspection, personally. He made several suggestions, that I(my wife) hadn't thought of that in the end is going to save me about a grand. Oh and by the way, while he was there my sprinkle system came on (in the middle of the day) and he made some adjustments to the run times and will save me money on my water bill. Very satisfied!! I have been dealing with Lawn Tech for over 20 years and they are very reliable and do a Great Job of servicing me as a full time customer. I have often wondered when they come because they attack my yard with a team, even when my wife has special jobs. They just get it done. I understand that weather and the time of year affect when they actually schedule my yard and that it can change because of both. I have use them for monthly service, weed and fert., landscaping, exterior lights, sprinkler install and service, seasonal color, gutter clean out and tree trimming. Oh and a pond install. If it can be done outside of your house, they do it. I will always use them because they keep my wife from complaining to me. I Love Lawn Tech! read more
