One of the lawn guys backed into my brick & mortar mailbox (custom built to match my home) and completely destroyed it. The owner (Tom C.) assured me that he had good insurance and would "make it right". He refused to file a claim. His solution was to have his lawn guys try and put the mailbox back together with the same bricks! These bricks had mortar attached, so it would have been a mess. He also want me to pay them to do it! There are plenty of ratings calling the owner rude and unprofessional. That is an understatement. He said he'd file an insurance claim - he did not. He said he would mail me a certified letter offering solutions - he did not. He said he would make it right - he would not. I highly recommend you find a different lawn service.

They cleaned up the area, installed new weed barrier, and replaced the rock. However, the rock wasn't sifted, so dirt and weed seeds were left behind. Less than two months, the weeds were back just like before. I also reached out for follow-up and haven't received a call, text, or reply to my Yelp message. Overall, while the initial experience was positive, I'm disappointed that the results didn't last and that there has been no response to address the issue.

Their initial quote and final billing are plainly itemized, and payment is easily made online through their Intuit Quickbooks program - no shady upfront cash deals.
