They schedule to come out and fix it, then cancelled with no reschedule date. After getting them to fix the pipe, I showed the owner where parts of the sod didn't take. After not hearing from them, I decided to take them to small claims court. When the owner heard that, he immediately responded and a week later replaced most of the bad sod. I cleaned up after them. While here laying sod, he said I threatened a lawsuit. I told him it was not a threat since I hadn't heard back from him on replacing the sod. He said he was busy (with new business). I paid Over $12,000 for a side and front yard with sprinklers. He said several times that his work was NOT guaranteed. He said he was replacing the sod out of kindness. In our discussion, I said I would talk to the builder and he replied with "he is not my daddy." He also said he has plenty of work.

Expect a lot of lawn clippings on your own property. My husband called them told them it's against local code to put all of their mess in the residential trash cans but they continue to do it. The Company hires highschoolers to lawn and they do a poor , messy job. They don't pick up anything. They just try to blow it away onto someone else's property, which is just not right. Teach the highschoolers to bend over and pick up and BAG the clippings Versus trying to blow them onto the street, which is ridiculous. We get so furious when we see them because of the fact, they just do it wrong. Beware, I would not hire this company. Side note- my Google review was taken down. I got notice today from Google.
