But the first thing I needed done was a sprinkler repair. What I really noticed right away was the professional communication and punctuality of this company. They use systems to help them keep track of things and communicate with you and when they say they're going to be there, they show up. Now that lawn mowing season has started it just took a few minutes to go over my preferences for the service with them, including edging and cleanup, and off they went. Josiel was quick to let me know that after the first mowing, there would be individuals who did not have English as a first language. I could really care less about that. What I care about is the job that they do. So far, I have been exceptionally satisfied and I assume that's going to continue. By the way, the reason I started this quest was I was using a different company last summer, and with all the ICE raids that went on, the non English speaking people left the company. They were replaced by a bunch of Americans that for the life of them they could not mow a straight line or edge a straight line. I would have tall grass in between the cut rows that I would have to go out and cut after the fact. Now this may sound racist but I do think that the Hispanic workers that I have had doing work on my property have done far better work than anyone else that I've hired. I saw a recent rant on here on Yelp, reviewing this company, and the individual had very little to say about the work that was done other than they didn't speak English. Like I said, I could care less what language they speak if they do a great job. I strongly encourage you to consider this company for your lawn care and Landscaping needs.

They then threatened a lien on my property and to return the debris if I did not pay the full bill over the weekend. When asked to finish the job, they ghosted for two weeks. When they did reply to schedule a return visit, they did not bother to check if the date or time would work for me. After renegotiating a reduced price for the work that was completed, they then sent an invoice for more than the agreed upon price. They fabricate sob stories to try and guilt trip you, they're unprofessional, and rude.
