By 9:30 am, he had not shown up or called, so I called him and got his voice mail. I asked him to call me ASAP to let me know if he was coming that day. I have never heard from him since. So I was put off and asked to wait almost 2 months from the time I accepted his proposal. He has never even called me and I had to start all over again with new landscapers. If courtesy, reliability and good communication are important to you, I suggest you look elsewhere.

They've been treating my yard for four months and Doug (seems to be same guy with recent reviews) tried to tell me my grass wasn't dead. I had tried to get them to fix it for a month. When my HOA finally started sending me complaints about it, I had enough. I called them on a Thursday to get him out here and fix it, he didn't reach out to me until Tuesday the following week (that was after I called corporate and told them they were fired.) If TruGreen comes to your property, Title XLVI Ch 810.08 is the trespass law that you can send them as a warning to not stick a toe on your property. Unfortunately, for scammers like these people, threatening legal action is the only way to keep them away from you. DO NOT LET THEM ON YOUR PROPERTY!!!
