Each time I call for a repair they say they were just out but have no way of prooving it, no report, no sticker on door. Nothing. I called for a repair and it took them a week to come out and "assess" the repair and then do not call back to address the issue. When I called they told me the repair was scheduled a month from assessment date. I asked how they sold a service they cannot perovide and I was informed they only have one irrigation employee. I am still waiting on a call back and have called/emailed several times. I feel completely taken advantage of. We desperately need a repair done ASAP.

His employees, Louis and Ihor, began work within a week and completed the entire project in one day.
