I had no estimate sent to me, I had to ask when they would be out and for an estimate and I just received that they would be out "that day". They came out never said anything and charged way too much for the service but I still paid it instead of disputing. I gave another chance for bush trimming and some small dead tree removal. The owner came out for an estimate and quoted $730. I knew this was outrageous and he was just trying to take advantage of the fact I am a single woman. Had the work done a week later for $200. Please get multiple estimates and be careful when using this company

Nathan showed up when he promised and went above and beyond for my dad and did a wonderful job removing the weeds that we originally hired the other creep to do. On 6/15/26, I received a notification from my bank about a charge that I didn't recognize. The company name was not coming to mind at all. I immediately called my bank to shutdown my account because of a concern that my account had been compromised. After some investigation, I came to realize that this company is a DBA situation. When I called them to let them know that I was displeased about not being told that the charge would come through under a different name, the owner asked me for my name and told me they were removing my name from their master list and wouldn't be doing business with me in the future. Well, that's a great way to treat your customer. You F up by not revealing the name(s) of your company causing me lost time on the phone with my bank, almost closing the account, which is a PITA and it's somehow my fault. Kate Arnold, you shouldn't be in business. Please learn how to treat your customers better.

Cherry on the top? - They don't move lawn furniture. They mow around it leaving a lump of high grass. This is AFTER it has already been mentioned and they were specifically asked to please put a table and chairs back where they go when they are done mowing. They also don't bother to pick anything up that happens to be on their lawn and run the mower right on over it. They don't do edging and just leave the area the mower wont butt up to growing wild. It's hard to believe they run an actual landscaping company. An installed "lawn" they did recently, they did not grate or remove anything but giant rocks. The smaller rocks just got hay tossed on top with seed. Rocks will likely be kicked up by the mower and if they damage my car, they will see me in court. AVOID these two................ crap service and really shady people.

They will take your money and never plow your driveway. The owner was full of smart remarks, no apologies, for not plowing or returning our phone calls. For example..."Davey Tree doesn't answer phone calls on the weekend either." Also, when I told him, I'm a 64 year old female, I finally had to shovel the driveway when we had already paid his company in advance. His response was, "Well, I'm 45 and I've been shoveling ALL weekend." Since we had not yet received ANY service from ProCutProplow, I requested to cancel any further service and just refund our $275.00. The owner then gave me some BALONEY about how we bought insurance not a service. I would also give this company a big fat ZERO if it were possible. Total scam! I hope everyone reads this review before hiring this company.
