They will take your money and never plow your driveway. The owner was full of smart remarks, no apologies, for not plowing or returning our phone calls. For example..."Davey Tree doesn't answer phone calls on the weekend either." Also, when I told him, I'm a 64 year old female, I finally had to shovel the driveway when we had already paid his company in advance. His response was, "Well, I'm 45 and I've been shoveling ALL weekend."
