Didn't come out and do the job that they were contracted for. No effective weed bed or lawn service

These theives don't even deserve one star! DO NOT give them your money!!! We prepaid for 6 treatments and supposedly got one. Never came back. We requested our money back and was told we would get it back and never did. Ignored our numerous phone calls and text messages. They are nothing con artists using a fake business to steal your money!!! read more

all I can say is don't use them...we paid ahead for services for Late fall and early winter...they have never came and you can't get any one to answer any questions...by phone ,email, and text.....and even called the Corp Office...they haven't got back to me either....If your having the same trouble...here is the corp office number....1-800-631-5660... read more

If you are looking for a service for your lawn stay away from this company. I have used this company and have had issues with them regarding payment collection. A couple of years ago, I had made payment but somehow they did not account for the payment. The company turned me over To a collection agency. After numerous emails and calls, they realized their error and called off their hounds. This year I prepaid for an entire season for service to start in April. April came and left and no service completed. When I contacted the company they said the first week of May the initial service will be complete. It is now May 15 and no service completed. I called to have the service cancelled and my payment credited back to the card I used to pay them with. Their response, "we do not have your card on file, but if you wish to make a payment, call us or visit our website." I DO NOT WISH TO MAKE A PAYMENT, I WISH TO HAVE MY PAYMENT RETURNED BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE SERVICE YOU AGREED TO PROVIDE! If there were a way to provide a negative star for their rating, that is what I would select. I previously trusted this company explicitly. The past two summers have shown that their service, accounting and staff have gone completely south. Do not walk, run away from this service provider. read more
