The pictures represent what my lawn looks like now. When I came home after work to discover the ruts in my lawn, I immediately called Kevin to discuss what had happened. He apologized, told me that he wanted to make things right and how he had sent someone to do the job that had just graduated from high school and wasn't properly trained. Not sure how this was supposed to cover him as a business owner/leader, but that is what was offered. After about a week and no visible change, I called Kevin again and was told that he had stopped by our house and walked around on the lawn and that it would be fine in a couple of days. It has been several weeks now and this is still what our lawn looks like and Kevin isn't answering his phone any more. When he initially tried to blame one of his untrained employee for what happened, I knew he wasn't going to hold up his end. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I didn't notice until I had a pond in my front yard. No call backs to help resolve the issue. I had to pay an irrigation company myself to correct the problem and it was all out of my pocket.
