The price was very fair the first time. Their bid was in writing and very professional. No one else was even close. I never felt the familiar "hustle" of someone trying to "sell" me. They told me what they could and could not do--and when it would be done. I like them very well. They are the best for me. That is simply not true. Really disappointing. Thought I'd found a good company to care for my property.

As soon as the crew left I called to complain and they said they would be back in two days. Finally on August 23, 2021 I called after hearing nothing. They said they the lifted the canopy to 14-17 feet like on the estimate. I reminded them I asked for 20 feet. I also asked why did they not cut dead limbs. They responded that would be more money. I feel ripped off. Sox and Freeman came to day. I pointed out what had not been trimmed They agreed that there was work to be done. They came back and did a wonderful job. Exactly what I asked for. We…read moreobtained several other quotes, but liked his recommendations for our project and his plan in executing our job. His price was comparable to all of our other quotes, but we chose Southeastern Tree Removal because we trusted Jeremy. We were right in our judgement. We had a large, difficult job. We had 60 large pines surrounding our home on a steep hill to be removed. Some of the pines were 70ft high. Jeremy planned the job well, brought in a log truck to remove the logs, used a caterpillar to push the trees in the direction to fall away from the house, used a dump truck to haul off branches and arrived daily to get the job done. He had several other men helping with chainsaws and driving the vehicles. He even trimmed a hardwood tree that was leaning over a street light and managed to cut it down with ropes giving the very heavy large branches a soft landing. We highly recommend Southeastern Tree Removal for big or small jobs. Our job was in a gated neighborhood on a heavily wooded lot.
