I wish the instructor spent a little more time helping me. It was a bit overwhelming, but that may also be a normal reaction considering it was my first time. Class overall is very fast paced. I have been going to classes for almost two years now, and have battled the urge to ask people check out my core. My wife would freak, so jut take my word for it- it's really solid. That's due to the work we do. Instructors are great, and they really know what they are doing. Classes are relatively small, so they keep a close eye on you doing the exercises properly. We've learned it's pretty much a waste and potentially harmful to do them incorrectly. It's also a great group to be around.

I cannot say enough about how Core 10 is changing my life. Its the workout I needed... at the exact…read moretime I needed it. In 2017 I was in the best shape of my life. I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped. Stopped working out, stopped eating clean. In those 2 yrs I have started and stopped workout plans and diets... was just so hard getting back to it. In 2020... working from home really excelled the inactivity. I had a knee injury, ankles were always sore... My body was telling me it was time. Enter Core 10. I had never done a pilates workout in my life... but from the 1st class i was hooked. The instructors are top of the line... they were emailing and texting to follow up. Wanted to know my story. Really care about their members success. I love that the scheduling of the classes keeps me accountable and keep me getting up in the morning. The workouts are incredible. Its low impact... but high intensity and just killer. I am working out to failure, every workout. Its just amazing. I am hooked. Doing at least 4 workouts a week, each week. In just 8 weeks, my strength, flexibility and balance are improving at great speed. I'm stronger... and ready to start tackling the diet... which is also included in your membership. I love the small class sizes and attention you get in class. It feels like a family, already. I will be a member for life!!!!!! Thanks Core 10 for putting the love back in fitness and health for me!!! - Tabitha

The lobby is a nice size. There is a bench in front of the window. Lockers for personal items. Retail space with socks, shirts and other items. Behind the lobby is the training space. I didn't count how many reformers are there, but it's enough to hold a small class. I recommend if you never tried Pilates or worked on a reformer to ask lots of questions. Schedule a private session if possible. The cost of membership is an investment and the details are discussed after the class. To get your money's worth it's best to attend at least twice a week. I appreciate they offer drop in at $25-35 per class. Which may be a good option if you plan to attend one or two classes a month.
