They gathered my information, they set me up with a team, and they even called me. And just like that - poof. They disappeared. Not to mention that they switched my case managers, attorneys, etc. at the very least twice, so just as I began to get used to one team I was set up with another. Where is the human factor in all this? You clearly are just a number to them. Additionally, after months of signing with them and getting little to no updates, I was dropped without an explanation. Fine, you did not want to take my case - you are completely entitled to do that but at the very least give me a reason rather than a generic e-mail apologizing and advising me to consult another attorney. The only good thing in all of this is that they do not require payment up front, but perhaps that in itself is the problem. They advertise themselves as only getting paid if you win, but if they do not see your case as profitable, you will simply be dropped sans explanation. If I could go back in time, I would have done things differently. Unfortunately I can't do that, and now after consulting other attorneys, it turns out that my case is not being taken, but you know what?
