A complete and utter waste of time…read more I hired Morgan & Morgan after a car accident. At first, things appeared fine. They gathered my information, they set me up with a team, and they even called me. And just like that - poof. They disappeared. I called and e-mailed a few times with questions and trying to get answers was difficult. I felt as if I had to hunt down a needle in a haystack. Not to mention that they switched my case managers, attorneys, etc. at the very least twice, so just as I began to get used to one team I was set up with another. Where is the human factor in all this? You clearly are just a number to them. Additionally, after months of signing with them and getting little to no updates, I was dropped without an explanation. Fine, you did not want to take my case - you are completely entitled to do that but at the very least give me a reason rather than a generic e-mail apologizing and advising me to consult another attorney. The only good thing in all of this is that they do not require payment up front, but perhaps that in itself is the problem. They advertise themselves as only getting paid if you win, but if they do not see your case as profitable, you will simply be dropped sans explanation. If I could go back in time, I would have done things differently. Unfortunately I can't do that, and now after consulting other attorneys, it turns out that my case is not being taken, but you know what? At least these lawyers and their law firms gave me some sort of explanation and did not leave me hanging for months. Stay away from Morgan and Morgan. There's a reason that other lawyers and their firms speak ill of them. They essentially take all cases and get rid of whomever they don't feel will benefit their own interests. Only rating 1 star as I cannot give them what they deserve - a big fat 0!

Katie and Kristina used text messaging to communicate with me since I can rarely answer my phone during the work day. When the cleaners are here, they're always extremely polite and even operate based on my schedule (running the vacuum when I'm not on a call, jumping into my office to clean between my work, etc). They always ask me as soon as they arrive if there's something particular they should focus on or an area that needs special attention, and then walk me through each room at the end to ensure nothing was missed. Overall, the service has been invaluable. I'm no longer staring at dusty shelves during presentations, constantly vacuuming my dogs pet hair on my lunch break, or picking up after my little ones through the evenings. There's something about a clean house that just allows you to concentrate!! You truly can't put a price on receiving time back during a busy life. Time saved on cleaning has turned into time well spent with my family when it matters. For context - We have a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home (2000 sq feet). All of the staff there are very professional and have helped me through this whole process with ease! I was in a car accident and even my own insurance company was against me and trying to give me the short end of the stick in every turn! Then I hired this outstanding law firm and that all changed. Immediately my truck was paid for when before that they wanted to give me 8,000 on a truck worth 3 times that much. Boom! They got me my full value and quick. Then Harry and Renee worked with me for every step until I got what I deserved. I am very happy with them and I would trust them for ANY case in the future. Also Jimmy Fasig came to my mediation just to make sure I was taken care of so having 2 attorneys behind me made me feel very appreciated and cared for. He also recommended a good movie for me to watch later on that night that turned out to be a great flic so that was just icing on the cake. Jimmy and Harry spent the afternoon between mediation just talking about regular conversation that showed they cared. Jimmy remembered me when I came back some 8 months after that and asked about my case and asked if I liked the movie he recommended. That shows me that he cares about each client and remembering me just made me feel special since I'm sure he has lots of other clients! The entire team at Barrett, Fasig and Brooks, including support staff, are courteous, respectful and efficient. After meeting with the legal team, my case was reassigned to Attorney Carrie Roane and her bright and cheerful assistant, Brittany Jarvis, as my initial attorney went on emergency medical leave of absence. The transition was efficient, without delay of the legal process and their attention to detail was remarkable in my complicated three-car collision case. While a client I noted, not only myself, but everyone was treated with respect and as a valued client. I called them back, and asked the same person (on voicemail) to update me, and let me know what the plan was. They NEVER called back! so 4 days later, i called again, and a different person told they dont take "my type" injury claims at all. Very unprofessional! I was pregnant at the time and sustained the most injuries. We were fully insured by State Farm who refused to issue us our full benefits as well as canceled our policy. We lost our vehicle and we're unable to even replace it. The person who hit us got away with everything. Our lawyers refused to even pursue them. Our insurance company got away with not covering our bills. By the end of the lawsuit, we received a pathetically small check that in no way covered our bills. And the lawyer sent a portion of our money to other companies without our knowledge before issuing us what we were left with after their absurdly high fee. They did not follow up with any of our medical providers, the did not address our medical issues, and they were extremely hard to keep in contact with. We did more leg work for them than they did for us. I now spent my life in chronic pain with bad credit because of bills I cannot afford thanks to this law firm and their lack of commitment to my case. We could have received the exact same settlement if we had gone without these attorneys.
