When I took the dogs back, they needed just a bath. When I picked them up I was told they had a full groom, they certainly didn't look like a full groom but I went along with it. Two weeks later when I went back, I complained and owner, Cory said she would "fix" my poodle puppy. She fixed her alright, she lopped off half her tail, cut back her feet going up the front legs, cut off the fuller part of one of her front legs half way down, left shave marks and bald spots across her body...........you get the picture. THE WORST GROOMING JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN. Then she would not honor the price I had previously been given. The moral of this story is use this groomer at your own risk or if you don't care how your dogs look.

However in recent times the fellow at the front desk has had terrible customer service behavior and treated me almost with ignorance. Very unfortunate that one individual can have such a negative effect on a business. I won't be taking my dog here anymore for grooming, at least until the owners make changes and the general vibe is better. Why would anyone take an animal to a place that treats clientele like this. If they treat the owner this way, I fear leaving my best friend with them for fear of how he might be treated when I'm not there.

I don't know what happened here, but this is not the same awesome place I've been going to. I will be finding another dog wash unfortunately.

After the cut I was shocked at how short they want but wasn't super unhappy. The ladies are nice and personable. However, when I got home I realized how bad the cut was. Let me start this by stating that it takes an absolutely horrible experience for me to write a…read morereview, that being said here we go. To start, good luck getting them to answer their phone to schedule an appointment. You should expect a text message from a random number at some point from one of the main ladies that appear to work there. Upon getting a text I asked for a quote to groom a Goldendoodle that I additionally sent a picture to them for a quote. $75-120 quoted for a full wash and groom. Upon dropping our dog off red flags started flying. Incredibly dirty, with dog crates stacked on top of each other, boarder line puppy mill looking. Not a hello, how are you, nothing. She simply took my last name, dogs name and phone number on a piece of cardstock. ZERO request for vaccination records. Upon asking about a cost she noted "We will let you know when he is done and I call you". I knew I was doomed. Let me point out that my dog has long hair and he had a little matting, but nothing anything different than we've ever had groomed. 2 hours after drop off I get a text that he is matted and that it will cost $200. Wow. I promptly responded with the text of the prior quote from another employee and noted that this is 2x the cost of any other groomer. No response. I text 15 minutes later, 30 minutes later and an hour after I get a call asking what I want to do. I say I'll come get him and she notes, "Well we have washed and brushed him, your bill is $125". The only thing I can think to do is get my beloved pet away from these people asap and bite the bullet on the cost to get out of the scenario. I show up to get him, shockingly no hi, hello, how are you, nothing. Our dog comes running out, she throws the collar and leash on the table. I pull out my wallet and she states, "I thought I told you cash"... I politely write a check for $125 when it should have been maybe $50 and she begins drilling me on how I'm going to rip he off and on and on. Long story short, I would be shocked if these guys stay in business in general based upon their service, but more so based upon the liability that they take when not maintaining the safety of your pet with other animals being vaccinated. Additionally, due to their demand for cash/check they are most likely avoiding the IRS showing income in their business and they will see the ramifications eventually. I feel lousy writing a review like this, but if I could give negative stars I would. My goal is to solely provide others with an understanding of what you will get from this company. You have been warned #ripoffalert

I completely understood that she may have been busy and let her know I'd call back. I was very interested in bringing my kitty here and decided to head over to Meowser later in the day to see the place. When I pulled into the parking lot there was a sign to call or text. As I was about to call while sitting in the car an employee knocks on my car window. I open my door and she rudely asks me to open my car. I realized she had a crate with someone else's cat in it. I let her know the cat wasn't mine and that I had called earlier seeking information about boarding facility. She said she was too busy and that I'd had to text. As a new client seeking out a boarding facility and groomer I was disregarded and treated poorly for seeking information. As a pet owner I like to know what type of place I am leaving my pet at. If this is how they treat their customers I can't imagine how they treat our beloved fur babies.
