The guests at our wedding reception had nothing but positive reviews about our craft cocktails: I had a "Manila Sunset" with tequila, mango, pineapple, strawberry, and tajin rim, while my husband got a "Buona Notte" a peach Old Fashioned with a maraschino cherry. Tyson was kind enough to offer a 3rd drink, a "Lulu Spritz" dedicated to our playful dog Lulu, which was an Aperol spritz with a slice of orange. From the bar sign details, to the cocktail details, to the black and white bar, the shopping list, and Tyson's incredible ability to connect with his customers through Zoom calls to prep us for our drinks - our event was successful because of his attentiveness. From start to the end, communication with Lauren was seamless, she was very responsive to all my questions, comments and concerns which made me feel at ease about the bar services for our wedding. Lauren also went above and beyond to accommodate our cocktail tasting since we were coming from out of town even though she had an event that weekend. On the day of the wedding, not only did Lauren and her team provide excellent service to our guest, the drinks were also absolutely beautiful! They provided 2 bar set ups, one for cocktail hour and the horseshoe bar trailer for the reception. Service was amazing, there was never a wait at the bar and our guest list was around 200 people. Lauren's team also provided champagne/wine service during dinner which kept everyone in their seats for the program. We set up a night cap towards the end of the night and they served the drinks at the perfect time. Getting the horseshoe bar was definitely one of the best decisions for our wedding! I am very appreciative of Lauren and her team!

Jessica was so easy to work with, offered great package options, and had fantastic ideas for drinks that felt fun, thoughtful, and totally elevated. She was also super flexible--working with us to tweak cocktails based on guest allergies and letting us fully personalize the menu by renaming drinks to things meaningful to us (pet names, our wedding date, etc.) and creating a custom bar menu. It made the whole experience feel extra special and very us. Pro tip: get the add-ons. The syrups/juices, hydration station (especially clutch for non-drinkers), and having them handle cups and ice is 1000% worth it. That is the last thing you want to be thinking about on your event day, and they made it completely seamless. They also arrived early to set everything up, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. And Margie?? An absolute rockstar. Not only was she amazing behind the bar, but she jumped in to help with anything and everything--securing table covers that were trying to blow away in the wind, taking out trash, clearing tables, and hopping back behind the bar to keep drinks flowing. Truly went above and beyond. Speaking of the bar: the line never got out of hand (even with 100+ guests), which was incredible. And both Jessica and Margie were so warm and fun & our guests loved chatting with them all night. The drinks themselves were so good, like something you'd happily pay $14 for at a bar. Thoughtfully crafted, consistently delicious, and absolutely something guests were going out of their way to compliment. They really made the whole experience feel elevated and special. Could not recommend Barbility more--we'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
