The service has always been excellent and the steaks are as stated: 28-day dry-aged.
In summary, dry-aged steak offers a unique, concentrated flavour and tenderness, while wet-aged steak is more widely available but lacks the same depth of taste. If you are a true beef connoisseur, dry-aged steak might be worth the investment! read more
