I strongly recommend AGAINST using this company. When I called them, they misrepresented to me that…read morethey had technicians with the expertise to fix my problem, when they did not. The first technician they sent out actually made matters WORSE than they were before. Before he came, I could receive but not send emails. When he left --- and for hours and hours after that -- I could not send OR receive emails. I was shut down - a small business owner's nightmare. He also told me that when the system came back up, all of the emails that I missed the previous day would re-populate. He was wrong about that too. So I lost a significant amount of business that I can never get back. The second person they sent out admitted that he did know how to fix the problem, and did not know his way around a Mac either. Another wasted hour. There were then supposed to send out yet another technician to fix the problem, but then they called me at the 11th hour to tell me that he would not be coming because the bottom line was, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ANYONE CAPABLE OF FIXING IT -- the complete opposite of what they told me when I first called them. So, I lost the ability to get someone else in here who actually knows what they are doing. It was a complete circus. I would never recommend to anyone - and certainly not a business owner - that they use this company.

The computer was brought back to my house, and James was able to connect my computer to the internet without a problem. In total, I was without my computer for only one day, and I was charged only $45.00, which also included a reconfiguration of our wireless network and wireless devices. I would highly recommend Fountain Hills Computer Services (and James, the service rep) for your computer problem needs!
