Then she started the deep clean in the living room & when I was done I walked into the living room & I was thanking God for sending her to me. Then she started in the kitchen. While I sat down in the living room I looked around & she did an outstanding job. Then I got the text my dad was on his way home. So she wasn't finished but we quickly ran around to finish up before he got home. Like I said I wanted it to be a surprise so we literally ran around gathered everything up & flew out the door before we got caught. She wishes she had more time being she wasn't totally done but what she did was great to me. I couldn't have done what she did. I wasn't expecting her to clean the oven which came like it was brand new again. I without a doubt will be having her come again & I totally recommend her. We didn't get to talk price so the value was well worth it. I wish I had more money on me. I gave her a bit more than what she asked & would've give more if I had it. I felt so bad when we were running around like a chicken with our heads cut off. She was very understanding knowing I was doing this to surprise him. My mom passed 2 years ago & he has tried to keep it clean but it's been hard with him having a stroke a while back & then being depressed. Several hours later he called me & he absolutely loved it. He thinks I did it myself (lol) but I had Sally the Great Cleaner as my sidekick who did most of the work. When I say she did deep cleaning she did for surely deep clean without a doubt. I hope to have her come & do the rest of the house soon. I will be getting her once a month for sure. Having the tissue box looking like a flower put a smile on my face & I'm sure his as well. I posted for a recommendation on FB and this company reached out (I should have known right there). The woman who advised she is the owner came to give a quote on a Thursday. She was very nice but come to find out has no idea how to run a business. I told her what I needed: deep clean kitchen (but not floor since there were still unpacked moving boxes scattered about. And not the refrigerator because it is brand new) and deep clean 3 bathrooms. She gave me a price of $125 which I thought was a really great price ( that should have been another clue). So I asked her how much more she would charge to clean all of the window blinds in the house. That would be 8 single wood slat horizontal blinds and 3 doubles. She said and extra $25 and I accepted the $150 total and we set up the cleaning for the following Monday. I thought it was great that they were available to do the work on such short notice. I wanted it done before we actually moved in. So the owner sent someone else to do the cleaning. She was on time and we briefly went over what should be done. She was here for about 5 hours. Did not touch appliances. Before she left I texted the owner and she gave me the runaround saying I said not to clean them. Why would I say that??? See photos of oven. Also while the cleaner was still here I asked her (not the owner) did you clean the tub in the master bathroom? She said yes. (Background: there was a pink stain at the bottom of the tub from the prior owner. It's a white tub). She said she used a Mr Clean Magic Eraser until it crumbles apart but she couldn't get the stain out. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of this but after she left I sprayed the stain with bleach cleaner and it is now gone. I really don't think she cleaned it at all. Also after she left I found that the walls were not cleaned (see photo). I consider a deep clean to include dusting ceilings, moldings and walls. And if dirt is found on walls, should be cleaned off. Finally, went upstairs and neither of the blinds in those rooms were done. When I texted the owner about this she Venmo'd me $5. When we were texting about the appliances she said she would send the cleaner back the next day to them for an additional $50. So the low quoted price was obviously just a lure.
