I hoped I would get an adequate job but instead, I was blown away. Attention to detail. Actually cared. Listened to my requests. These are the qualities that separate a worker from a professional. They are very efficient and thorough! They do an amazing job each and every time. We have 2 indoor cats that we let out onto the porch while they clean and they take the time to ensure that the cats are let in after they have shined our entire house. My wife and I are extreme neat freaks and very OCD when it comes to our house and A&S have well exceeded our expectations. If you are on the market for cleaning professionals, then look no further! I can't say enough positive things about them. Joe Johnson came to our condo to do a small job…read more He was prompt, answered my calls quickly, and finished the job on time and on budget. We then hired him to paint the interior of the whole condo. The price was fair and, again, he started when he said he would and even finished a bit early. He communicated quickly and sent pictures of the completed job. I am very satisfied not only with the work but with the way he communicated quickly and honestly. We will definitely use him again and I'd recommend him to anyone.

She claimed they had called me after each time I left a message but the 'phone kept ringing'. Totally not true as my phone goes to a message after 3 or 4 rings. Also reviewed my phone log and no calls from their number. No apologies and hung up on me. I think its my first bad experience in SC. I guess they don't need the business.

She was absolutely amazing. I was doing this for my father for Father's Day as a surprise…read more I had her come to just clean his main bathroom, living room & kitchen. While she was doing a deep clean in the bathroom I straighten up the kitchen a bit so it wasn't overwhelming with clutter. Then she started the deep clean in the living room & when I was done I walked into the living room & I was thanking God for sending her to me. Then she started in the kitchen. While I sat down in the living room I looked around & she did an outstanding job. Then I got the text my dad was on his way home. So she wasn't finished but we quickly ran around to finish up before he got home. Like I said I wanted it to be a surprise so we literally ran around gathered everything up & flew out the door before we got caught. She wishes she had more time being she wasn't totally done but what she did was great to me. I couldn't have done what she did. I wasn't expecting her to clean the oven which came like it was brand new again. I without a doubt will be having her come again & I totally recommend her. We didn't get to talk price so the value was well worth it. I wish I had more money on me. I gave her a bit more than what she asked & would've give more if I had it. I felt so bad when we were running around like a chicken with our heads cut off. She was very understanding knowing I was doing this to surprise him. My mom passed 2 years ago & he has tried to keep it clean but it's been hard with him having a stroke a while back & then being depressed. Several hours later he called me & he absolutely loved it. He thinks I did it myself (lol) but I had Sally the Great Cleaner as my sidekick who did most of the work. When I say she did deep cleaning she did for surely deep clean without a doubt. I hope to have her come & do the rest of the house soon. I will be getting her once a month for sure. Having the tissue box looking like a flower put a smile on my face & I'm sure his as well. She rolled up the blankets even & that absolutely put a smile on my face as well. You will not be disappointed that is for sure. She has the magic touch & takes her job seriously to please. I wish we could have chatted a bit more before leaving but next time will be different. See you real soon.
