They are very efficient and thorough! They do an amazing job each and every time. We have 2 indoor cats that we let out onto the porch while they clean and they take the time to ensure that the cats are let in after they have shined our entire house. IT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF HIRING HIM AND NOT SOMEONE ELSE!! I swear to God I asked him repeatedly if this was something I could truly count on him for. And repeatedly, he told me, "yes!" Only for him to decide the day before I'm supposed to leave town that he has too much work and he cannot be there for me anymore. What??! No wonder he was asking for pictures of my place and reviews, so he could conjure up more business that wasn't as busy as a vacation rental. This totally screwed me and I am right now running around in circles trying desperately to find someone reliable to help that I can't even be in town with to supervise for a few weeks.
