We saw a sign for Lavender Beauty Image after store hours, so we took a trifold brochure provided by the signage. My wife liked the different services like the facial and waxing. She liked knowing the expected time per facial and clearly stated prices. She checked online and read positive reviews about Susanna, so she called to make an appointment. Susanna also texted my wife a reminder the day before her appointment. After enjoying some delicious snacks around Japantown, we arrived for her appointment. We thought we had entered the wrong place, but to our pleasant surprise Lavender Beauty Image is inside a hair salon. Finding a single location where we can go for multiple errands is a plus for us! Susanna warmly greeted us and led my wife inside one of the side rooms. I sat in the waiting area and ever so often Susanna would check to see that I'm comfortable. My wife came out glowing from her facial treatment. She felt her skin was more hydrated and said Susanna was also good at giving her a shoulder and neck massage. The facility was clean and relaxing with the light instrumental music. My wife happily admitted to have fallen asleep during the mud mask portion.
