I went in and showed her exactly what I wanted with multiple pictures and she cut my hair. When she was through I commented that there was not many highlights and she said it was the lighting. I said okay. The next morning I got up to do my hair and it was cut uneven on the sides! I called and let her know. She stated before I left if after a day or two I wasn't happy with it to call her and she would fix it at no charge. Saturday after work I went in and at this point I was a bit nervous about her cutting my hair again as it was not done right the first time and I had little hair left and wedding a week away! I asked for a refund on the cut and was told to sit in the chair. She flat ironed it some more and said it looks dead on from the back! I was like the front is not! She continued to make excuses as to why the cut was not straight maybe because I was playing on my iPad and looking down! Well, hello I've always had hair stylist ASK me to look up when they needed to or whatever with no problem! My neck is not the straightest either but again I've ALWAYS had a stylist ASK for me to move my neck in such a way that it was straight for them! She however does an AMAZING job on eye brows!

Amy (Owner) also had the audacity to say that because I signed the credit card slip - I agreed to pay for the services. Kristin is the only one who has ever done my hair, but the rest of the staff seem capable and well educated; my girl Kristin of course I think is the best (sssshhh). So I basically paid two hair designers . I usually pay around 150 with my regular and a little less with a stylist in Brownsburg. I had a silver blonde with a dark root done on my hair. My hair was already blonde so it didn't take long to turn silver platinum. I asked them about the large amount and her friend( Maggie) said they are aloud to charge anything they want.... OK!
