I salute all those young guys who are working there, especially during the winter when it's not easy to deal with the cold water but it's a car wash and the minimum expectation is getting your car clean when you are paying $41 plus tips. The result was mediocre at least. Lots of places were missed and you can see dirt in many areas on the car they said your car is ready! So you take a towel and start cleaning those areas while they are watching, well if I wanted to do that I would have washed the car in my garage. The reason I went to a hand carwash is so I can get the car cleaner than what I could do in my garage. Something needs to be improved maybe training or quality assurance should be introduced. Just saying that. read more

This was last summer (2019)....but i found that they seem rushed. It was like a race...how fast they can do a car and it wasn't busy.... I am sure its a min wage job and the pressure of the boss.... i went because they have tools to do some detailing i.e. cleaning in places i can't reach..They had coffee and some tables while one waits. seemed clean. read more

Quick, reliable, consistent, satisfied interior and exterior hand car wash. During the 10 mins that they wash your car (...the women will love this!), they have a shop just adjacent that sales home/party accessories. I recommend this place 100%! Reasonably priced. Truth be told, I buy a lot of my party accessories here because they sell the Fred line of items (funny/hipsters household items) at an incredibly discounted price; the same kind of stuff that you would find at Urban Outfitters at regular price. They also have Papyrus cards for all occasions. The shop's interior and washroom feel like a condo...very clean and home-y. You can order Starbucks coffee and there is a terrace during the warmer months. read more

I have been going to Steve's for years, but this winter (2018-19) I've been three times and it really wasn't up to par. The last time I went in, I asked them to clean the inside because I got splashed by a passing vehicle (slush got everywhere). The car came out like this: The slush marks were still there The inside windshield was left streaked and dirty One of the guys ripped out my custom floor mats (and didn't know how to put it back). The dashboard was not properly cleaned, leaving whole areas of dust behind I paid 30 bucks and had to redo most of the inside work. Fail read more

Very fast and courteous service. I noticed afterwards that they didn't do a good job on my rims as there was still dirt on them. Otherwise everything else was great. read more

I have had one on July 29th. 2019 for a VOLVO V70 - year 2008 front headlight done polishing but I am disappointed. The guy doing it did not have the proper tools. He did the sanding by hand using old sand paper and should have done it with a drill using at least 3 different grains. Its not his fault. I paid $ 46.00 (for one headlight) next time I will do it myself and by a kit from Canadian Tire. Also a clear plastic film should have been put on the glass after polishing. The owner of the Car Wash was not available . read more

I always came here for as far as I can remember, but never again. I was ok with hiding my change before leaving the car knowing the employees typically take a 1$ or 2$. But now the job is just bad. I left and didn't notice to have them fix. I will never come again, this was my last disappointment. At 30$, if you can't offer a proper wash you don't deserve to be open. My advice, change the lazy stealing staff. read more

Employees very friendly. Service is quick. Prices are competitive. One disappointment is the attention to detail. Floor not vaccumed under seat and bottom of doors not washed properly. Was looking for Hand Car Wash near work so thought I'd give them a try. Was a gorgeous sunny day and lots of customers. Maybe wash is better on a slow day - maybe. read more

Very disappointed this time!! Came in many times before and always had decent service with my other cars, not always perfect but I'm not a complainer. This time I come in with my truck and right away they greet me at the door and say "we don't wash cars longer than 19 feet" Don't say Hello or anything. Very rude!! So I say why don't You just charge extra if the truck is long and the answer was "we don't wash cars longer than 19 feet" OK then!! So I left and will never go back!! And not only me but I will tell all my friends as well. Good job "Steves" car wash!! That's the way you treat customers!! read more

Never did a perfect job of car washing and charge more than anyone in the area. Have also witnessed owner badmouth customers on many occasions after they leave and lose customers on other occasions. Owner does not care. But now I'm done. Made an appt for rustproofing 3 days ago and showed up for it on time but they cancelled it when I didn't answer the appt "confirmation" calls. Who does that? It's a courtesy call. Owner approved. I've been going there for about 20 years, last 7 for rustproofing. Never missed or cancelled an appt. read more

Had my Dodge Grand Caravan done here last week. Paid for a full wash, wax and interior. All looked good, until I got home and my wife asked why I had not had the car washed. Turns out upon closer inspection that the roof had not been touched at all. Neither the front windshield nor the tailgate window had been done inside. Took it back immediately and instead of redoing the van they just wiped the roof with some damp shammies. So much for the wax job I paid for. Won't be going back there soon! read more
