The main thing about a car wash is how clean your car gets after they are done with it. They have done a good job but not great as one would expect from paying $30 plus tips. The car wasn't properly dryer neither cleaned, as it was rushed to get ut out of the Q. I have visited them on various occasions prior to writing this review but it's always the same case and something is missing. So I reckon to keep a closer eye on the details to earn the other 2 stars. read more

the employees r all crack heads and work there 4 drug money. the 2$ coins were missing from my cup holder lol!!!! i have such pity on them I couldn't dare complain to the fat old boss. they obviously need the $$$$ more than I do.... no big deal.....not to mention they couldn't even clean my 125,000$ 4 month old car properly ???? i was so afraid to even let them touch my car.... they all smell bad body odour and have wet and have soiled dirty clothes...dont trust these ppl even with ur Toyota carolas... read more

Shame I didn't read the reviews before going. 19$ later, very disappointed. And shame on the owner to charge so much for such a crap job.Looks like the guy working on the drivers side was lazy, see the picture posted. The rest of the car looks the same. Front mat passenger was washed and the dirty one on the drivers side was not even touched . Also Water sprayed in the I interior. Just ashamed that I paid 19$. Had a car washed last week in dorval, they did a fantastic job for 8$. And this morning the water that they got inside the car left white stains. That's white stains in a car that has 1200 km I guess the owner who comments on all these reviews thanking bad reviews that he takes it under advisement to improve his washing is a bunch of....... guess I'm never going back. read more

This place is a joke. They just don't have the tools or something to do a bare minimum good job.The exterior of the car is much less cleaned then at a gas station automated carwash. After I complained, they cleaned up the interior a bit more. But I could have done a better job at home. For some reason, they left all the mats from the car soaking in the trunk. No exaggeration, there was a stream of dirty soapy water coming out of the trunk. Opening the trunk, there was a puddle. C'mon. There has got to be a better carwash in Montreal. read more

Washing a car isn't rocket science. The customers pay for the convenience. A $20 inside/outside wash was done okay except the trunk wasn't even looked at. I've been to cheaper places that will at least attempt to vacuum the trunk. If you don't want to clean your car, which I will have to still do after visiting Avanti AutoSpa, I would recommend you try one of the many other places. I've edited my review to add an extra star based on the communication from the owner. It a decent policy but just not communicated. Hopefully, this can help others avoid frustration in the future. Came in from Toronto to have our Nissan Quest interior cleaned and sanitized. To say that the job was well done would be the understatement of the year. Our carpets that were stained with all manner of oil, food, salt stains and grime for the past 5 years of ownership was miraculously removed. I kid you not, the interior was shampooed and cleaned multiple time at dealerships and detailing outfits here in Toronto, and yet they did not even come close to the quality and effectiveness this detailer managed to do. Do not pay any heed to the so so reviews from the past. They have a guarantee and they honour it as they should. I will make a second trip with my other car and definitely book a detailing job with this outstanding team! The service, professionalism, and passion this team has is unsurpassed. I was going to Avanti Auto Spa for years, recently it's been a nightmare. 3 times I was washing the car and 3 times I was asking them to wipe off the water from my windows. They were very nice and did it without any questions asked. But please! Do it from the first time. Please hire more professional stuff. My car is always comes out 80% washed. read more

What a joke!! $26 for a car wash and I had to come home and vacuume and clean it anyway. Terrible job!! The seats still had crumbs in them, the door handles were dirty, total waste of money! The carpets still had sand in them, I was so unimpressed I complained and the guy told me "next time we will do a better job" ... only problem, there won't be a next tune. read more

Been there twice in the last two weeks. Both times, the guys were goofing around while i patiently waited for my car to be washed. Car was 80% dry when i got it back, and i also overheard all 5 guys complaining how they didnt get any tips so far. Bad work ethic, and high sense of entitlement for mediocre work and service. I can easily go to Steve's on St-Johns and pay the same for better service, and less complaining. On a side note, the manager is a good guy, they should hire 5 more of him! read more

I took a 1 month old car in to be washed and vac ed... A very poor job was done. The trunk was not touched. Much dirt and bugs left on the car and windows were streaked...and only washed to the line that they closed, leaving an inch or so dirty band on the top of the window. Totally not impressed. This place is so unprofessional it's actually really sad. They steal from your car so watch out, be sure to remove any valuables from your glove compartment and anywhere else in your car!!! They do a half ass clean , I don't understand how they are still in business. I could do a better job at cleaning my car! Obviously if you bring your car to a car wash you expect it to at least get a proper vacuum and wash, clearly something they are incompetent at.
