It's a one star, but I decided to give two stars because when I called for the third time, someone actually answered; but was deferred to someone else to call me back. To no surprise, I was told that no one was available to assist and for me request refund. Unfortunately, the machine I used did not have any water coming water and just kept washing with no water for a period of time. Then, it decided to spurted out some water (finally) in the mid way of the wash. The result of my wash was horrible because it was literally half washed. Too many out of service machines was also a disappointment. read more

I wash here every week on the same day and on say day there is a small sweet older woman who is thin. She takes care of cleaning the place and she does a wonderful job!! She is amazing always being nice to everyone and working her butt off. I love washing when she's there she's great to talk to. This week I went to wash like normal on the same day. And there was a different older chubby woman with red hair. She had the worst attitude ever! I had heard from other customers about this woman and she supposedly cleans on other days . I'm not sure what her problem is but she is the most rude woman ever. She doesn't care about the customers and doesn't care about the place. If you don't like where you work please find another job!! read more

Free bag with check in didn't happen because there's supposedly no one working here says the man emptying out all the change from the candy machine... also I forgot my dryer sheets(stupid) so decided to buy some here(failed) because the machine just ate my quarters.. which is why I accidentally thought the guy stealing quarters worked here.. other than that great almost clean place. read more

The first time I and my fiancee did laundry here, we were impressed by the cleanliness and shiny new machines. Our impression quickly changed, when we were denied use of the restroom, and had to go next door to the Italian restaurant to avail ourselves of their facilities. But wait, there's more. Once bitten, we returned to dry our laundry after having washed it at our apartment complex. We were in line for the dryers, and didn't want our clothes to smell musty because of the wait. Imagine our surprise when we were booted from the LAVAWash for only drying clothes. The cleaning lady i don't know who the hell she thinks she is but she had the audacity to tell me not to throw my trash from a meal i was enjoying while my load finished washing in the facilities trash can because its her job and she had to pick it up after!!!! Out of all the places to wash In Baldwin Park this one's the cleanest. The lady that works here is always cleaning the washers and dryers. She's very polite and if a machine takes your money she'll refund you with no problems. read more

Please please please I'm begging don't come to this laundry mat. 80% all of there machines are horrible. I had talked to the attendant helper here and notified her the machine is broken. I told her I'm not complaining about $2 here I'm more concerned of my time. She made a big issue about it and started accusing me and told me that I don't know how to wash and put too much soap. I repeatedly told her I haven't put soap yet. She absolutely had a major anger issue. If there was a such thing of -0..I would of rated them that. Please close down this place!!!! read more

I have been here twice and really liked it, because it's not that crowded and its clean. The second time I got really annoyed the cleaning lady kept looking and staring at me while I was waiting for my clothes to dry even made me move to while I was sitting to clean one of the counter tops (mine you I'm 7 months pregnant) she didn't even say excuse me. Then came to me and started asking me if I washed here??!! Well duh I just spent 8 dollars on your your "giant" washers. I understand they have a "policy" that you could only dry if you have washed there but maybe you shouldn't assume and stop being rude. Check your cameras read more

The laundromat itself is a very clean laundromat. Plenty of big machines. And you can't beat the 25cents for 25 min for the smaller dryers. The people who wash their clothes here just need to pick up after themselves. All in all, recommend this laundromat if you live in BP. read more

Very clean place, however there was no one on duty for customer service. I had to move all my clothes to a different washer machine because the one I was using just randomly opened in the middle of washing and all my clothes were on the floor. I called their customer service number and no one answered. read more

I came here to dry clothes a few time before and I was told nothing at all. Until today, I came to dry clothes again and the manager wanted me to pay 75 cents to use the dryer. I had to rewash my clothes just to use their dryers. The manager or owner is just a greedy, scumbag. Never coming back again ever. read more
