Not only were the clothes, super fresh and perfectly washed, but the staff was friendly, accommodating, and they were very quick to answer any questions that I had through WhatsApp. The clothes were also ready pretty quick comparing to other companies I reached out to in the area, and they had many options as to how to drop them off and pick them up. The price was also pretty affordable which I loved. I ended up using them twice and both times I had zero issues and loved the end result. I 100% recommend them!!! The service here is 5 star. They took our clothing in the same day and were willing to return the same day. Most places have a next day pick up. They folded our clothing and blankets. So worth the service. This location is within walking distance of hotel zone. If you don't like to travel with dirty clothing I recommend this place. I reached out to him via WhatsApp as that's the preferred mode of communication in Cancun to find out if his business would be able to wash/fold my clothes and accommodate a pickup and drop-off from the resort I was staying at while vacationing in Cancun. He was super responsive and was able to service my laundry at a fraction of the price the resort was charging. There is a minimum charge of 4 kilos at 55 pesos per kilogram (or roughly $12 total USD) and a delivery fee of 120 pesos (or roughly $7 USD). My clothes came back neatly folded and clean. I called, full disclosure I speak Spanish so made the conversation easier, spoke to lady and she arranged for my laundry to be picked up at hotel. For my family of 4 I filled up a carry on rolling luggage and one laundry bag worth of clothes and it cost me $40.00 total with tip. The clothes were returned 5 hours later and it smelled so good. Loved this place and highly recommend it for all your laundry needs! I initially tried to call the number but no one picked up. Then I found that they had a google business chat. I tried that and got a response from Antonio shortly after. He was extremely helpful and set me up with an appointment with Teresa to pick up the laundry from my hotel. I mentioned that I needed it back within a day and they gave me a quote and time of when they will deliver it. They have extremely reasonable prices and exceptional service. I had spoken to another laundry place who was trying to charge double the amount. I'm glad I found Lavanderia Dona Soco. I had clothes, bathing suits, and shoes that needed to be washed. The clothes were nicely folded and had a great scent. When Teresa delivered it to me the next day, I was able to pay via credit card which was very convenient. Gee so many 5 star reviews, and I have no choice but give 2! Since we were vacationing in Cancun for 2 weeks, Joe K searched for a reputable laundry service on Yelp. This one came with high ratings, so of course it was our first choice. This place was a short walking distance from our hotel, so we decided to take a look at the place first and speak to the employees working there. No one spoke English but we were fortunate enough to talk to the owner - Dona personally, who was bilingual. She impressed us from the start. She was quite pleasant and personable. Their prices were very reasonable and cheaper than having our hotel do it. We told her that we would be returning in a few days with some laundry, which we did. Of the several clothing items we dropped off, I included a purple tie dyed style bathing suit dress cover-up. When our clean clothes arrived at our hotel, I noticed that my dress was not in the returned items. The next day, I called and spoke to Dona to let her know that my dress was missing. She was apologetic and stated she would look into it. After waiting another day, she returned my call and said that no one had ever seen said dress and that maybe I left it somewhere at the pool or beach. That's when I started feeling that she was trying to get out of the predicament. I told her that I for sure did not leave it anywhere except in the laundry bag that we delivered to her facility! She finally offered to pay for the dress, which I felt guilty about excepting because she was such a nice person and seemed sincere. The next day, I left her a message saying that she didn't have to pay for the dress and although I was disappointed, I was learning to get over the loss. She never responded to my text, and never even made the effort to pay for it anyway! Then that same day, I put on my grey top with white lace and noticed that her laundry service had dyed the white lace purple! The name on our laundry was also misspelled, making me wonder if my dress went to some other customer! Even though Joe K got all of his clothes back, clean and neatly folded, I was quite depressed to get unsatisfactory results! This place went above and beyond for us. We dropped off about 10 pounds of clothes as we had a 17 day stay at our resort. She only charged us 13$ to do all of it and drop it off at our hotel being it was one fo the furthest out in Cancun hotel area. It would have been $60-80 at the hotel to have our laundry done. The clothes came back to us perfectly folded and cleaned to perfection. The owners are also very fluent in English so we didn't have to worry much about miscommunication. Having been in the Quintana Roo area for almost 3 weeks we desperately need some clothes to be laundered. We are staying at Live Aqua and called and they actually came and picked up and dropped off all our clothes at the concierge desk. All's that is needed is to have a paper inside the bag with your name, phone number, and room number on it. We had about 10kgs of clothes in 2 large bags- it cost us $409MX (minus tip). The owner WhatsApped me the next day to let me know the clothes were ready less than 24 hours later! The best part is all I had to do was leave the money with the concierge desk (marked in an envelope) and I never had to leave my cabana by the pool to go pick them up until later! The clothes came back fresh and clean, and more importantly all accounted for (lost 2 shirts mysteriously from another lavenderia in Playa Del Carmen)! I highly recommend this place and will use them again when we return to visit in the future! read more

I am beyond impressed with this service. They picked up in front of our hotel on a Saturday and had it back to us 24 hours later all clean, pressed, and folded in our own clean bag. Amazing service! Needed my clothes washed and dried on vacation, based on the reviews I decided to go with this laundry service. I had about 3 full bags of clothes including dresses (which needed to be ironed), mens jeans, polo shirts, etc. The resort that I am staying at charges $6.50 for an item, which was ridiculous. I contacted Teresa via whats app, and she told me to leave the clothes with the reception and she will pick them up in the morning. She picked them up at 9 am, washed and dry cleaned, and dropped it off at my hotel at 4:00 p.m. She spoke perfect English, and was always in communication with me which was amazing. The total for all the clothes were 350 pesos (16.00 usd), which included the price of her pick up/drop off. The clothes were neatly folded, smelling fresh, and ready to be packed.
