No, we made the mistake of using one of their competitors who took +5 visits over 2 months to complete the task. However, once that headache was resolved, we did make the RIGHT DECISION to partner with SERVPRO to complete the repair portion of the process and thank God we did because we had the privilege of working with Mr. Gordon Brown, General Manager; SERVPRO. From the beginning, Gordon took the time to insure we had a clear understanding of what the repair process entailed including potential "surprises" that might arise given our particular situation and his vast knowledge and experience that he had accumulated over his career in the construction industry. I could go into exhaustive detail and cite numerous examples of Gordon's promptness, attention to detail, ability to delivery, and just creating a comfortable working relationship with my wife and I but I won't. Suffice to say that Gordon Brown was the major reason why we are now avid SERVPRO clients and will recommend them to all our friends. My only regret is that I did not meet Gordon before we started the mitigation portion of the project! Thank you Gordon, Best, Frank N.

Another words, it was everywhere... Every crack and crevice... Well, can't thank Jake and everyone at Servpro of Wyndham and Windsor counties -- Truly made it like it never happened. The house has never been this clean and it will never be this clean again! Thanks again! Lorraine

We were not very happy with our experience. Signed a contract in April; roofing materials came on a…read moretruck in October; the roof was finally finished (after a bad start) in December. This spring, the section of lawn on which all the metal was parked is dead. We'll need to re-seed a large patch. The first crew that arrived didn't speak any English, and we did not speak their language, so it was impossible to talk with them--about gutters, a small curved roof, and other stuff. I wondered about paying such a large fee for "professionals" and then being sent a crew that appeared no more professional than other roofing folks. I just didn't feel confident that anything we were told would really be the truth. We should have been much more careful before signing that contract! The finished roof looks good. We have some issues about the way rain pours off a section, but we could have addressed that at the time the job was done if we'd had the right kind of care....partly our fault. I've since been advised that it would have been safer to remove our old roof before covering with metal (weight issues), but they told us it was unnecessary. Also, the gauge metal they use is (I'm told) a bit too thin. Not barn roof thin, but not the standard. I'd shop around more, if there were a next time.
