I call them to tell them the mistake they made, it takes them over a day to get back to me. They don't do anything to try to make it right, until we call and call. THEY MESSED UP! Finally they get use the two new boxes after we waited two weeks with the clients floor unfinished and glue already on the floor. They didn't even call us to tell us the new floor they messed up was in we had to call multiple times. We had to pay for a roller. We had to pay for someone to put the flooring down. We had to take time to scrape the glue off. They are very unprofessional and one of the worst experiences with a company. SEAN is the worst. WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN with them.
