I was here about a month ago buying a gift for someone. Murph helped me pick something out. He was…read morevery friendly and knew what he was talking about. He was also very good about not trying to push anything on me that was very pricy - I told him I didn't have a set budget but gave him the price range I wanted to stay in. After reading reviews about how expensive the place was I was a little hesitant to tell him the range but he immediately started pulling out tons of pieces in that range and even below it. The piece I picked was a little more than I originally was going to pay, and he explained that was because it changed colors when you smoked it. He then told me that if I liked it he didn't have a problem selling it to me for the price of the others I was looking at. I was surprised that he was so willing to bargain and drop the price for me, and he explained that when people come in and behave respectfully and normally he has no issue being understanding and fair in return. I would ignore all those reviews about being ripped off or overcharged. From my experience, if you don't come in and act like a frat bro you will be treated fairly and leave happy.

I live right down the street from Prestige but had been going to a different shop a few miles away…read moreuntil I stumbled on this place. I'm glad I found them because I've been vaping for about a year and starting to feel like my old shop wasn't advancing with me. They also didn't carry juices besides ones that they mixed themselves which I find can all start to taste the same after a while. Prestige is much different and I realized that the minute I walked through the door. I immediately noticed that they have a nice selection of 3rd party juices which to me is important. There is some really great stuff out there and I want to try it without having to place an order online. They also have a nice selection of rebuildables and more advanced rigs along with a staff that is helpful and informative. As I start to leave my ego/protank rigs behind and into RDA's & RBA's it is nice to know someone will be there when I have an issue. I am very much looking forward to making this shop my go-to and hope they keep growing.

Montclair Smoke Shop is hands down my favorite smoke shop in the area. I've been coming here for…read moreabout eight years, and unless I'm out of state, I pretty much don't go anywhere else. The biggest thing that separates this place from other smoke shops is the selection. When I say they have everything, I mean it. Vapes, hookah supplies, glass pieces, pipes, cleaning and storage supplies, rolling papers, wraps, grinders, lighters, rolling trays, backpacks, and just about every little gizmo or gadget you could think of. If you're looking for something smoking related, there's a very good chance they have it. The customer service has also consistently been 10/10. Everyone I've dealt with here has been extremely friendly and helpful. If they have what you're looking for, they'll help you find it. If they don't, they'll tell you when they expect to have it back or recommend an alternative instead of just sending you on your way. Another thing I really appreciate is their hours. If they say they're open until 11:00 PM, they're open until 11:00 PM. They don't randomly shut the doors early, which makes a huge difference when you need something later at night. After eight years of coming here, they've earned my loyalty. Great people, huge selection, dependable hours, and consistently great service. Absolutely my go to smoke shop in Montclair.

I'm writing this review for Sparkway because of the phenomenal customer service I received. I don't…read moreusually write reviews only when deserved. I went to this particular store in search of a replacement part for my bong. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the associate and was asked what I was looking for and if he could help me find it. When I told him that I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but I had a picture of what it looked like he immediately knew what I needed and showed me what he had in stock. At that time he didn't have what I was looking for in stock but he offered me a similar piece that would be just as good and I said I would take it because I needed the piece that day. Before I got to the counter the associate came up to me mind you he didn't have to do this at all because I was already about to buy the other piece and he said I know that I didn't have what you were looking for in stock exactly but I do have the piece actually that you wanted that I forgot I had in the back. He said that it was slightly nicked and had a scratch on the side so he wasn't going to sell it so if I wanted it that I could just have. That just made my day and I really appreciate that he did that for me. I will be returning to this store for future purchases and telling all my friends to go there because his store has everything you could need for your smoking needs and all of his pieces are of really good quality. Thank you Sparkway for the exceptional service and and friendly atmosphere. Tara
