Last year, in March, when we basically knew nothing about Covid, this was my experience with this clinic. I was a first time customer. Took my dog in fora checkup and anal glands expressed. I paid my bill, andwas told that she needed some updating on shots. I told her that I was living on SS, could I please come back on the first, which was 15 days and get the shots and not be charged , for an office visit, just the shots. The answer was yes. On the first, I called and asked for a30 day extension on the agreed shot prices. I was told ,no. I said we are in a pandemic and I ask fora little time to see what's going on,and you tell me that I now will have to pay for another office visit. At that point, I asked her to send my dogs records to me. I then I calledanother vet clinic, explained the situation and asked if I could get the shots, without the charge of another office visit. She said go course. I now go there. I did try to call this money grubbing Vet at her other ATM, aka lovinston vet clinic, to try to give her a heads up on how her office girl, was handling her patients. I never received a return requested call. If you want to just write open ended checks, by all means, this is the place to go. It's all about theBenjamins! read more
