I gave him a time line and he helped me every step of the way, not even exaggerating, very respectful and understanding! The complex looks awesome to, has everything you need and isn't to far from Fort Dix base. I would highly suggest this location for any active duty military or just everyone in general, this place and the people here are awesome! Excellent customer service!

I did not get the run around like I had at other places. Military friendly, they offer a 5% military discount. Probably 75% of those who live at Northampton Crossing are military... so you know it's safe and you're around good people. I have family far away so having the PHL airport only 30mins away is very nice. The drive to the base is only 18mins.

Some of the appliances were older and the side doors to the building need windows; that way you don't accidentally hit or scare someone coming into the building. That being said, Melissa the front desk/building manager was wonderful and always responded quickly. The building repairman, Angel, is great and always makes sure everything in your place is fixed while he's there. Out of all the places in the area this place is probably the best you're going to get for a reasonable price.

And when I call for something it takes a little certain things it does take a little while but other than that now they fixed everything I'm the only thing is I still have a hole in my bathroom ceiling but there's nothing going on with it at this point everybody seems to be nice in the office and know me I am disabled That's another thing we just need to make a ramp or get it a little bit more handicapped accessible but for the most part this is better than my trailer was I don't have any problems living here and besides I'm close to my mother and she likes that and to doctor's appointments and stores.

They have noisy parties every weekend, they drop heavy objects on their floor (my ceiling) all hours of the night and morning during "Quiet Time" hours, and they allow their dog to play with a super noisy toy at wee hours of the morning. Thanksgiving Day I returned home to their surround sound Stereo or TV on full blast until 7:30 am the next morning. Police have been called multiple times, and management notified but it only escalates her retaliatory behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EASTAMPTON PLACE AS A PLACE TO LIVE!!!!

I recommend a first floor apartment to save money in the summer on air conditioning. The bottom units stay pretty cool. The units have central air and their own hot water heaters, as well as their own laundry. Each apartment has a dishwasher as well. The bathrooms are tiny but they work. Maintenance here is not very good. You have to stay on them to get things done. Expect to wait a week for most repairs. If you lock yourself out after hours maintenance is not authorized to help you, you have to call a lock smith. All units either have a small back deck or for 2nd floor units a small balcony. They do not take very good care of the grass surrounding the units away from the entrance. The leasing office staff is pretty helpful and good with returning calls. They do not offer a military discount.

Silverfish. Cricket infestations. Windows, walls, and doors have no sound barrier. You'll be able to hear car doors shutting, people outside talking. Management SUCKS they are bad people.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained (1BR 1 bath + Den). What made my stay great was Mrs. Mary Martin (Apartment Manager). She was easy to get a hold of and attentive to the maintenance of the apartment. She is great to work with and am all around great person!!! She is definitely the best landlord I have ever had and I have been renting for 10 years!
